Went to return online purchase of boots.no problems.had a look through store while waiting for the employee to finish with my Mom. Stock was nicely displayed.good selection of different sizes.a bit pricey.but pretty good quality.will take her back whenever she wants.:)

Was in there for half an hour and no employees spoke to me! It’s not like they were short staffed.there were many of them walking around just not acknowledging anyone. High prices and no customer service.

The stuff was really rude. I needed help, I did ask for help and they didn't bother to help. I was very disappointed

Very small, very little inventory and there's no sign as they have moved to the other side of the mail complex

Went in just to get fitted for a bra, wasn't intending to buy, fantastic sales and knowledge from Cassidy they had 30% off bras, bras picked by Cassidy were perfect fit, and so comfy, I bought 2 and so did my daughter very pleasent experience thankyou

Had a wonderful experience. Lots of stock in items I was shopping. Very friendly service from both ladies & I was in on a day with 20-40% off. I hit the jackpot will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in the area. Thank you thank you thank you

Horrible shopping experience! Will never go back!
Got ignored. Then asked for help was told to wait. I waited, no one showed up. Only 3 costumers in the store.
I went back out and asked the only sales girl on the floor for help. She repeatedly said " what size? ". I explained I had gained weight I didn't know.
She asked me 6 times what size? Finally I said I was leaving. She got lippy, arguing and making excuses. All I wanted to do was leave but she kept moving in front of me. I said I wanted her manager. She said manager is off. I said I would speak with the other staff then. But I said I will wait out in front of store. She raised her voice talking back to me as I was trying to leave. Finally I said " You are mouthy! " Then she stopped talking, finally!

This review is for Penningtons in general not necessarily this store. I am giving them a one star for their online shopping experience. When ordering something I wanted to pick up in store to save shipping costs. The website told me many stores closed during Covid and the only twopick up options I had were both one hour drive each way.
I later learned that the local store was still open. When I called to inquire why I couldn’t pick up there I was told “we have that turned off right now, I can’t tell you why” “if you come in our store and we don’t have it we can order it for you and send it to your house for free”
What kind of a system is this? Very poor experience.

There are some lovely ladies that work here. Store is generally well organized and they sometimes have good deals.
