One of the easiest returns I've ever had. Purchased items online and absolutely no issues returning! Very nice staff, store is well laid out and room to move between sections

Nice outfits, good customer service too. But expensive but it might not be for you. Quality dresses too.

Unfortunately I am posting an updated review to remark on the nosedive Penningtons is on.
They claim to be inclusive up to size 32 on all of their advertising HOWEVER! This is NOT TRUE.
When a store advertises a specific size inclusion, you expect that every single garment offered by this chain comes in the sizes they claim to offer.
It's bad enough having to pay an insane mark-up on garments solely because of being a niche size market - but to then be excluded in the only niche store that boasts and is built around carrying your size?
My business is now going to Torrid as they offer all items in ALL SIZES.
Oh and I'm a VIP at Torrid, meaning I spend over $1000 USD/Year at their store. That money could've been in your pockets. What a shame.

I would give 5 stars if the quality and price points were a little more appropriate. Staff are very kind, store is lovely and always clean. The clothes are nice but the price is too high for the quality of the garments. Also, Additionelle items should be inclusive of the sizes you offer at Penningtons. It's not fair to exclude the people who already are excluded from every other store chain. Please rectify these issues because I do love Penningtons.

They were so helpful getting me fitted for the right bra size. I'd been wearing the wrong one for ages and feel much more comfortable now.

Dropped lots of weight and unsure of my fit. Caspian was outstanding and gote set up. Found the perfect fits and without her help I would have not found exactly what I was looking for. Husband was. Pleased! This is the palace to go! Thank you.

All I can say is AMAZING! Karen and Sherry are truly amazing people and made me feel beyond comfortable and confident all while helping me step outside of my comfort zone in finding new clothes. Their customer service skills are truly incredible and they made the whole shopping experience fun. Best experience I have ever had shopping! Thank you for making it so wonderful! I will keep coming back for sure

Management was atrocious. While shopping all I could hear from management were complaints about her staff. All the while not once was I asked if I needed help or told about any promotions. I waited with cloths in hand at the change room but was ignored. I felt so disgusted and felt so bad for the people working under the store manager as she was the one taring them up. I will NEVER buy from a store that supports a store manager beating down workers and that neglects customers. Will be trying my best to report this to corporate as they should be aware of this trashy behaviour.
