Good quality vehicle. Himanish at the rental desk is a shining example of an employee, one you would want at your company. Competent employees and good service are hard to find these days. It was refreshing to deal with them. Service is not about a smooth transaction but often about how problems are dealt with. After issues arose on my end, not theirs, he was of great assistance. The experience with Penske and their staff was very good. Shop mechanics also stood out during my interactions with them. Would definitely use Penske again.
