Love this salon! Cindy is such an amazing Nail Tech - the prices are affordable, the chairs are comfy and the service has always been fantastic when I’m here. Would recommend!

We really had a worst experience here. Worst customer service. Also they are not ready to listen to customer. When we tried to tell about the problem with nail services they were giving. All the staff grouped up and started arguing. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone. If you’re paying you have the right to receive good services and tell them your choice. The ladies working here talk in their own language and make faces when you try to tell them any problem.

Absolutely no customer service. If I could rate this place zero I would. First time and last time going here. I got a shellac pedicure today. She gashed me, I was bleeding and she didn’t apologize. My polish was also everywhere. Also overpriced. Won’t return.

I went to get my nails done yesterday, I got a fill acrylic. The lady cut my thumb open and now it’s becoming infected.

Language barrier everyone has but 1st time I let it go. Saying one think after service different prices it's worse place I been in Bradford. My sister wasn't happy too I still went. I never recommend anyone or give service

The place is clean and have a very good customer service. The serive is also awesome. Highly recommended.

Great pedicure and following all covid rules. I just wish they would speak English with all the customers in their shop. You have no idea what or who they are always laughing at.

Great space, clean and very friendly. Quality is best I have had in Bradford. They are taking COVID safety precautions serious. I went for a full set pedicure and eyebrow wax. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lady that did my service but she was awesome!

Terrible service. I do not recommend going here. I have been coming here for a while now, took a couple of months off from doing my nails. I went in today, and was treated so poorly by the lady who deals with the transactions. They charged me extra for also putting on “sparkle polish” claiming it to be art work. They had never ever charged me prior to this visit. Also I had been waiting on someone to bring me the cash to pay. As I was walking outside to grab the cash after telling her I was going to go grab the cash.that lady was acting as if I was going to leave.immediately after telling her I was grabbing the cash she got up as if she was going to stop me because she thought I was running away. I was the only coloured person in that nail salon and she would not stop starring at me while I was waiting. Almost as if she thought I would walk out without paying. I’m am so upset and annoyed with how she acted towards me. For this reason I will not be going back any time soon to Peony Nails.

Megan is my stylist. She is very well trained in nail styling. I also love to do my nails with her. She is always on time when I make an appointment with her. I usually give her a design in mind when I come to my appointment. She usually makes the designs I bring.

I would definitely reccomend! I had an amazing experience, phone service is great, as soon as you walk in the door they welcome you with a warm smile! They made my appointment a breeze and I enjoyed my experience. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. The ladies brought out colours that exactly matched the picture, and replicated it onto my nails. I'm inevitably going back!

Love to go to Peony Nails. Very nice, have someone to suggest you the color of the season or simple to choose your own. Shellac is the best option for me but sometimes is difficult to choose the nail polish color since they have too many!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I went here today for the first time with the help of few suggestions from friends, and omg i was treated soooo well. These ladies only want the best for you, they are down to do anything, you want marble nails? No problem, you want a special design? For sure! Not only their prices are actually really good, but they do an AMAZING job but it took less than an hour! (i got biogel and my friend got acrylics). My nails were done properly and with perfection. And a plus, they dont judge you like all the other nail salons, they are super sweet and don't get salty when you want them to change something (ex: nails shorter or ask for a pattern). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great job on my UV Gel fill. $45 for the fill, shellac and a hand painted ombre French manicure design. Great place! Definitely recommend.

So disappointed in this place, one of the few in Bradford and the only one I know of (for now) that has someone who knows how to do marble design. I asked for coffin shaped nails and ended up with round pointy ones.when I told the girl she was shaping them wrong and showed her a picture of what I wanted her answer to me was I know what you want, I'm not finished yet. Not to mention the condescending tone in her voice. I left so upset, not getting what I wanted or asked for, and I'm never going back there.

I had my nails done by the girl from the last table. She did such an awful job. I asked her to correct where the nail polish was separating. And she would do just the one I would point to and ignore the other nails with same issue, until I would point to it. She is so bad. Cannot recommend her

Went to get my nails done, I asked for acrylic, they suggested bio-gel. I've never done it before, but it was my birthday so I said why not. They did nothing different, which I found strange.

After a month, I came for a touch up and colour change, and it turns out they didn't do bio-gel. They charged me extra, and then refused to acknowledge their scam. I even pointed out the person who did my nails but to no avail. Never again.

Don't waste your time coming here to have your nails done they'll make you wait an hour and a half after your bookings and then the girls basically decide how they're going to do your nails you have no say and if you do happen to speak up and tell them that you're not satisfied with the job they will purposely give you fat Nails half an inch thick and if you contact the manager or speak to the manager to have them fix the manager will charge you to fix them because the girls are only paid to do one nail job. This was my experience as I will never go again. Look in pictures for the chunky pink nails.

Omg this nail salon is the worst nail salon you will ever go to, they just assume your nail length and without asking they cut your acrylics to their convenience. Paid 47$ for short ugly nails! Every time I go there the people take advantage of me and ignore my requests! I gave them many chances and they fail miserably! They use to have good nail technicians but they all left! If you want to have ugly gross crooked, poorly shaped nails come to this place.several of my friends don’t go anymore because when they see my nails they laugh and call it ugly, and I can’t blame them, because they are! Unbelievable and rude service! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE

This is the worst nail salon ever. The nail technitions make up random prices when it came time to pay, these prices don't coralate with what is listed. I played 50 dollars for a full set of acrylic nails. This set was painted with regular nail polish. No base coat, 2 coats of nail polish and no finish coat. She ruined my natural nail, filed my nails wayyyyy too much which made them weak and brittle, and on top of that she poorly shaped it. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Dont give these people your business. You'd be better off doing your nails yourself. I'm still shocked with the price. It should be no more then 30 flippen bucks. She charged me more because I am a minor.

I use to be a regular here, they have changed all the staff with an exception of a few. Every time I go there, I always get a shelac manicure and shelac pedicure. I never pay the same price twice. The polish peels off after a couple of days. When they add an extra coat they charge you more to change it, because they say it takes them longer to take it off. Maybe if they applied it right the first time, it wouldn't come off. Always ask the cost first, they don't seem to follow the posted price list.
