I had a great experience here. Maryam helped me get a great deal for a necklace for my mom’s Christmas gift. I even saw a watch that caught my eye and she helped me get a deal on it as well. I will be back for sure

I’ve been a customer at peoples for quite some time. I’ve purchased watches and various gifts. I would say that I’ve been a good enough customer to at least deserve some customer service. Last year I purchased a ring and was told about their warranty that I need to bring it in within six months a nd I was able to do so. The little ring valued about $200 and change had recently lost the Stone and I brought it in for warranty. The lady proceeded to tell me that they had no record of me being in, that they could not warranty the ring, and furthermore, if I wanted to have it fixed, it would cost 200+ dollars. I was calm with this lady at all times and maybe if they didn’t have new staff every month they would be able to track these things better. All my purchase has, however, were under my profile. These people seem to be more interested in sales than building long-term customers. I will never return

I had the best experience at this store today. Bahar really made my experience shine. She sat me down, made me feel so comfortable, made sure to ask what I was looking for and what price range I was looking in, and then stayed within that price range.
Never once did she show me a ring outside of my range, nor did she pressure me to look at something I couldn't afford. What she did do, was help me start with a basic ring to see what type of ring (band, in this case) I was looking for, and then steer me through the sparkling sea of diamonds. When I asked to try something different, Bahar, of course, brought it out immediately, making sure that it was in my price range and available in my preferred colour. I ended up with the perfect ring that was completely different than the one I thought I was looking for - and it was under budget.
Professional, personable, kind, genuine, and delightful are all words I would use to describe Bahar and her work ethic and attitude. Thank you for making my experience unlike any other I've had at competing jewelry stores!

Bahar was amazing today! We already had an idea of what we were looking for but she showed us some other options that we liked better and found a ring for my partner too. We debated our options and her input helped us choose the best pair for us. We are more than happy about the choice we made with our rings and with her service.

We came in to look at engagement ring sets, and Jehan at your store in Kitchener took the time to show us each ring set that we chose until we found the right set. She was very patient with us and she answered all of our questions. She gave us very good information so we could make an informed decision. I would highly recommend her in the future for anyone looking for any jewelry needs. Thank you to Jehan and Peoples Jewellers for making my future wife very happy

Amazing experience! Had to get some jewellery inspected, but didn't have all the paperwork. Maryam was so helpful and patient and contacted customer service. They were able to help find the paperwork, and get everything inspected!

Belinda who took care of me was friendly, understanding and Sweet! Everything was painless! She made my day! It was a 25th anniversary gift witch she was helpful in helping find the right gift. Thank you! I will be back!

Belinda the store manager at Fairview Park Mall Kitchener was very accommodating. She went out of her way to replace my lost earring which me and my mom bought on march 5,2023. We didn’t expect that the lost earring would get replaced without any cost. Very thankful for her amazing customer service.

We had Maryam. She helped my husband size his finger for a different reason. Then we came back to get my finger sized.
The person we had was young and when I told her I want to try on a ring to figure out which finger I wanted my family ring on. She started to argue with us.
Maryam walked by and I asked her for help. She listened why I wanted to try a ring on. She was very friendly and we would go back to her any time.

Tasha was extremely helpful and took the time to show us lots of options. She was patient as we made decisions. She was also very pleasant and fun!

Bahar was wonderful today in assisting me with repairs on a few rings as well as sizing and inspections. She was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Awesome experience at this location with Belinda! I went to the People’s in Conestoga mall to try and do a return, they were extremely rude and told me I couldn’t do the return. I went into the Fairview location to see if they were able to help, Belinda was incredibly helpful & so sweet to me. She ended up going above & beyond while helping me do my return. I highly recommend

I use to like coming here to buy jewelry but the larger lady I tend to deal with is not the friendliest. She constantly complains about having to deal with the warranties with my jewelry and I don’t enjoy my experience there.

I saw a beautiful necklace I was thinking of buying my mother in law for Christmas, however the one I saw in particular was way out of budget. One woman was very kind and took her time to try to find something within my budget, even checking the online only options for me. Although I walked out with nothing, I greatly appreciate all the effort put into helping me!

My fiancé and I ordered a plain gold wedding band for our upcoming wedding. We were promised that they would get the ring delivered to their store by 2 weeks from the date we ordered. We stressed the importance of timing and told them that our wedding was 6 weeks away. They assured us the product would be there.

It’s been three weeks and has taken two calls from us to discover that our order was cancelled by the supplier. The store didn’t even have the courtesy to call us to let us know. We are able to get a refund for the ring and the insurance, but are ringless at this point and left scrambling to find another place to buy from that will be able to deliver in time.

Thanks peoples for causing us so much stress weeks before our wedding.

Terrible customer service. They just leave new hires without training and no assistance to “help” customers. When I tried to ask for help from another associate (because the new hire just left me alone to talk to another customer without finishing my purchase!), She just yelled at me because I said that he needed more training and not been left alone while talking to customers. Worst experience ever. Never going back.

I spent thousands of dollars on a ring. I forgot to get a spacer. When I went back the next day to get a ring spacer I was supposed to get with the ring. I was ignored and left standing in the store for an hour while they ignored me. Never again would I ever give them my money. Horrible people that need better training. When I walked into micheal hill there was 1 person working with multiple customers and they served me right away. Whoever was working at 1128am on Monday may 16 2022 should be fired. Never going to give peoples my business again!

The customer service was very nice and respectful her name was Arzo she helped me pick the the Diamond for my wife.

The majority of my jewelry I purchase here. Rings, wedding bands, watches, necklaces, bracelets ect.and always get the warranty. However I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Being a mom of 4 working full time in construction I don't have alot of time. March 12 I had the chance to finally drop my bracelete off for repair. With my toddler in tow It was 5: 55 when the manager Melind looks at me and says "we close at 6 so we can't help you" I told her that I just wanted to drop my bracelets for repair. Her response was that takes 10 minutes and we have two other customers. I told her I will never shop there again. She muttered something and I walked away. 2 minutes later TWO employees were standing around playing on their phones so I asked what her name was, she's the Store Manager. This lady is nice when you want to spend money but other than that she is incredibly rude and this isn't the first time. Very disappointing especially when you see how many others have had a terrible experience. Why is she still there?

Fast service, friendly staff. I got the extended warranty for a necklace and they honoured it with no problems or questions. The wait time is a little long, but worth it

Took my wedding bands and husband’s wedding bands in for resizing as we both purchased the lifetime warranty. When we took them in, the employees tried telling us we didn’t purchase the warranty and when we finally figured it out, it took a month to get them back. We didn’t receive any phone calls from the associate and I had to keep calling to hound them about where the rings were. When I called I was told that they could not find one of the three rings and when we did finally get them back after a month, they hadn’t even resized them. Very unimpressed and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
