Asra is the best helper you can have in a store like this, she is full of knowledge and helps in a very effective manner managed to help me find my gf the perfect gift WHILE she was standing right next to me and she had no clue! Thank you Asra

I’ve been waiting for 30 min to get help. I still haven’t. All I need is to pick up an online order. They are clearly understaffed but damn. There online service is even worse.
The lady that is DCA was kind and apologetic, but I can’t be wasting 30 minutes on my time for what supposed to be a quick online order. If I wanted to take my time I would’ve shopped in store.

When I got to the store I thought that I was out of luck in my chances of upgrading, from what I had selected.
However Stella at the Square one store was stellar!
She showed me that “where there is a Will there is a way. ”
I left with the most breathtaking Wang Love collection engagement ring.
I wish all staff where as service oriented as Stella!

Bikramdeep Singh was an excellent attendant. He was patient while he showed my a wide selection of items I was deliberating over to get my wife. We chose the perfects combination and he even found me a matching item on sale!

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
I bought my wedding band in 2015 and got the warranty to have it replaced one time for sizing since itnis tungsten. I went to this location and they could not figure out how to process a warranty exchange and ended up putting in a custom order for a new ring at the right size. I figured that was an easy solution, but was proven wrong. They charged me the cost of the ring, in spite of it being covered by the warranty, but promised to return the amount upon receiving the new ring.
That was in Jan 2023, and after that interaction, there was. Not 1 word of communication and 3 seperate times that my call were taken and no call back after with any kind of response. I have been patient, and their customer service has been terrible.
As of today, the lookup for my ring has been shown to be cancelled but no ring is available for pickup. A relatively simple process has turned into a complete mess and if they had just been a little more open to communicate, I wouldn't be so irate. I would not recommend going to Peoples to anyone. They willingly take money but don't follow up or care about their customers as shown by my experience.
Update: Today I got a call back after I called to say the order was cancelled and they couldn't find the ring or the style is not made anymore. It took two months and I only found out because I called them. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have had. They are now saying I may not be able to get my own ring (which is fine), but if I have to change rings, there better be no additional cost considering the amount of bull I have had to put up.with for a sime transaction, especially for a company that supposedly prides themselves on customer service.

The people there are so nice but some things are over priced just have to know what you want and do your research on what your getting

Julia, the manager, is a wonderful person who helped us a lot. We had a little problem which she solved brilliantly. It exceeded our expectations! We are very pleased with the resolution of the situation. Would be great if everyone was like her! The right person in the right position! We will come back in the future but only to her! ️

Went to Peoples Jewellers to purchase a birthday gift. I found some gold earrings online that I am interested in. Julia who assisted us was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was advised what the budget is and she was very patient and professional in showing us some earrings so that we have choices that is within our budget. I ended up with a beautiful gold earring which to my surprise was even discounted. I will surely go back to this jewelry store which I found to have a variety of items to choose from at varying prices too.

Peoples jewellery at Square One is the best ask for Hina! She helped us out with choosing our engagement and wedding bands through stressful times she helped out a lot and got everything done in time for us she is the best and we are forever thankful for her Hina thank you so much we are a forever customer!
