My boyfriend of 3 years has been looking at engagement rings and has been putting in a lot of time and effort to make it special. Today he went to Peoples because of the great reviews and was hoping to ask questions about the type of ring that he has in mind. During his time there he felt displaced and the lady that was helping him gave off the impression that he was wasting her time and overall made my boyfriend’s experience uncomfortable. My boyfriend didn’t want to write a review, but I think it’a important for places like Peoples to know that costumer service is everything especially when its about someone’s special day. You need to be able to treat costumers equally and with respect.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WON'T RELEASE MY RING TO MY PARTNER WHEN HE ORIGINALLY BOUGHT IT. I JUST WENT THERE TO HAVE THE RING RESIZED. NO CONSIDERATION AND MAKES NO SENSE. I WORK VERY FAR AND COULDN'T GO THERE. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO ASK FOR CONSIDERATION. SO THEY ARE STILL NOT WILLING AND IT STRESSED ME ALOT!

Update: I was able to come last Friday bec I left work early. When I came there, I have my passport wt me. THEY ARE ALSO NOT WILLING TO RELEASE MY RING EVEN IF I HAVE MY PASSPORT. THEY SAID IT SHOULD BE CANADIAN AND I MUST BRING CANADIAN ID. LIKE WTH? PASSPORT IS CONSIDERED INTERNATIONAL ID. SO A TOURIST CANNOT BUY HERE? !? I JUST GOT MY LICENSE AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY ID CARD. FORTUNATELY I HAVE MY HEALTHCARD WT ME. THAT'S WHEN THEY RELEASED MY RING. OH MY GOODNESS THE STRESS THEY GAVE ME!
