We had a bit of a mix up with an online order and it had been sent back to the facility right before Christmas and we had no idea. Nadine met us at the door and explained what happened and spent an hour on the phone with customer service in Ohio trying to sort it out. She got our money back for us and we were able to purchase something just as gorgeous. Honestly Nadine went above and beyond in my mind and I will be happy to deal with peoples going into the future.
