Went here today for some necklaces for my kids. If you are in a rush, be patient. It's holiday time, they are busy ensuring every client is taken care of. Ennio, was my representative today and his service was amazing. We had a few laughs and I got what I needed. I was also able to do a ring size and he was very helpful with future purchases. I highly recommend this location.

If I could give them '0' stars I would. I brought my rings in to be resized for my 20th wedding anniversary, not only did I not get the repair on time for the requested Sept 15, the rings are still not fitting and the entire experience was horrible. I will never recommend or purchase anything from Peoples again. I spent over 2 hrs in the store while being harrassed by someone very obviously trying to commit fraud. The staff were being very accommodating to that man, but when it came to me they were insulting and couldn't get their facts straight. This man was trying to get a cash refund from a gift card purchase and was asking several customers, including myself, if we would take the refund onto our credit cards and withdraw the cash to give to him. No support from the employees to remove this person or ensure he stopped harassing us. I waited 2 hours for a ring resize only to be told that because I didn't have the receipt (20 year old) they would undervalue my pieces to protect their liability, while giving out cash to a conman. Additionally, taking pictures with fascination of my Peoples jewelry box which is apparently a relic but yet accusing me of lying about the value of my custom engagement ring. We were in our early 20s when we came to Peoples and it's apparent that we are not valued and respected as customers now.
