I just wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience today at Hillcrest Mall's Peoples Jewellers. My sales associate Chloe Ye was so helpful and very geneous with her time. Give her a 5 Star!

I had a very pleasant experience with TaliaVery professional and nice person. I would recommend her services.

I was in the store for 10 minutes in the Peoples store at Hillcrest mall today. Came to buy a pair of earrings that I’ve chose online.
In the store were 2 workers who totally ignored me. No acknowledgement, no greeting.
When I came and said hello to one of them she totally ignored me and kept reorganizing the staff.
Very bad customer service.

Donya helped me with my shopping today in Hillcrest Mall branch, she is so sweet and patient with all of the tries I did and offered special deals to me which ended in a perfect purchase.

Hillcrest Mall - Clasp repair required on a gift I purchased. At first they said it would need to be sent for repair and cost 1/4 of the purchase price in repair costs but someone from the back came by and offered to try to fix it on the spot. Perfectly repaired. Very happy with the initiative taken and thank you for your help!

We dealt with Shawn yesterday around returned merchandise. He was extremely professional and very patient as we went through multiple options. He also worked hard to accommodate our needs and never made us feel bad for our indecisiveness. We highly recommend him and thank him for accommodating us.
