Ordered a watch for my wife here. Order came in 2 packages so we had to come back a second time.

Customer service can definitely use some improvement.

For every occasion I buy my wife jewelry from here. Whether it’s a nice pair of earrings, necklace or ring. You name they have it. For an affordable price as well. The assistant manager Samantha is such a good help and always helps we pick out the best gift for my wife.

Farah was amazing. From helping me choose which necklace to buy to assisting me with the purchase, she made my experience at People’s for easy and efficient. Definitely recommend asking for her help when you’re there.

I came into the Pickering location looking for a diamond anniversary band only to have the lady behind the counter give me excuses as to why she could not show me any. I get they were closing in an hour but I figured that was enough time to purchase one. I finally was about to purchase one then she tells me I would have to pay an additional $100. To have it sized after all that, I was super frustrated so we left. Won’t go back there again either.

The customer service was excellent, Souroush knew what I was looking for and he was very helpful in showing me several choices and helped me make a decision. The whole process was very easy and enjoyed the in person shopping experience.

Akash was very helpful in getting us my upgraded ring. He explained in details the different options available and warranty protections.

When you have a good sales associate a company can thrive. Today at People’s in Pickering Town Centre, I met Akash. We went in for cleaning my rings but ended up buying my husband a brand new Vera Wang wedding band. Akash was patient in explaining about the warranty and answering every question we had.
