Peoples Taxi

Worse company I have ever dealt with. I order a taxi and waited 30 mins and no taxi when I was told 10 mins. I'm still waiting to get a phone call for my taxi 8 hours later. I gave up of where I wanted to go and just walked back to my hotel 20 mins away. I'm from Vancouver and had better service even with the worse taxi companies there.

This is the rudest most inconsiderate company they shouldn’t even exist. They say 10 minutes there 45 minutes tell him the directions to go to too busy on the phone they go to their own directions $10 ride turns into 15 give him a $20 bill and he said he gave them 10 you owe more money. Do not take this company at all. They should be shut down.

After waiting over 45 mins at ajax go stn at 12,30 am, they still nvr showed up and i ended up walking home.it was on a Wednesday night.

I called for a taxi at 4: 35 pm and a young guy picked me up in a black new looking car. I told him i wanted to go to a store then home. He asked me how long i was going to be in the store and i said 5,10 minutes depending on the lineups. He said he could drop me off at home or the store, he had another call.umm excuse me but im a paying customer too! Why should i have had to walk in the heat with heave bags in my hands! Very unprofessional! Horrible experience! And i used to like people's taxi! It was my go to taxi cab service! I guess not anymore!

I called to inquire for quotes and when i said okay no thanks, I will think about it the dispatcher just hung up on me.

The drivers are polite and friendly. Service is excellent. And back in the day when I had to transport my parents, they were wonderful.

Cab took 35 minutes longer to come from the 10 minutes I was told. When I called to check where the Cab was, the guy would say "He be right there".
When the van came he parked on the road by the long empty driveway. The van that came didn't have any Cab signs or People hood sign. I walked down in the snow to ask " What are you here for"?
I was going to Greedy Goose in Ajax. The cab ride started with driver going the wrong way. I had to give directions all the way to Greedy Goose. The car didn't have a meter to see cost of ride. The driver said $10 and that's what was paid in cash (Hiley Ave to Greedy Goose).

I called at 6: 30am to go from Ajax hospital to my home in Ajax. The gentleman was there in 10 minutes and there had been a storm. He was very polite and I appreciated him coming out in a storm at this time as no other taxi company answered their phone. B. A.

This is a cab company in Ajax Ontario Canada that stole my wallet and are now being monitored by the police, I still haven’t got my wallet back and they told me they wouldn’t even look for it I can’t give worse than a 1 star review
