Very unprofessional. Their store phone number does not work and owner does not keep consistent hours. We went all the way out to Milton twice, second time confirmed by messaging owner, and they were still not open. Got some stuff from the shops nearby and even they confirmed owner comes and goes as she pleases and does not keep consistent hours. If you don’t want to come into work everyday, just do appointment based and don’t have store hours for goodness sake.

For years i have heard of this store from friends and family. So my husband and i planned a day and drove all the way to Milton to find the store closed despite the timings saying it should have been open. Luckily most of the other desi clothes/jewellery shops were open in the afternoon and we were able to shop around the plaza. We got to visit perhaps 1 hr after it's supposed to be open and after calling the store multiple times.
Perahun stocks a great selection of designer brands like Maria B. And Farah Talib Aziz and many more that I have never even heard of. They have alot of jaw dropping gorgeous designs and prices are marked up to reflect shipping and custom costs. I didnt get a chance to look around/shop as my husband was hungry and wanted to leave but I would love to give this store another chance.

I’ve been shopping at Perahun for over a year now. After a really long search I found a designer boutique that is dedicated to excellent, detail oriented, fast, and professional service. Above all, the suits are always 100% authentic. Ursula and her team are always extremely helpful and courteous, if there is a better option for less they will always recommend it to you. I’m so impressed with their service that I am now placing my wedding orders with them as well. They completely have my trust as a customer.

I’ve shopped here for several suits in store as well as placed around 6 custom - made to order Farah Talib Aziz orders, every single order has arrived on time and in perfect condition. I’ve never had to worry about missing out on an event or if the design will be as I requested, Ursula, Tanya, and Samar all go out of their way to check in at every step of the order process to ensure I receive suits to my liking.

I’ve also purchased items such as Sana Safinaz kurti’s, jewelry and other accessories like fancy organza dupattas. There’s a wide selection of both high end and mid range designers for both formal and semi formal events. I never leave empty handed, id highly recommend checking out their sale events too as I’ve scored really really good deals on designer pieces! If you’re looking for classy, designer, show stopping pieces - look no further!

Ursula and Tanya have always taken such amazing care of me as their client. They always have the most current and up to date collections from some of the best Pakistani designers! Ursula understands my taste and always gives me excellent advice on outfits that would fit the events I am going to. Ursula and Tanya both ensure that the environment is both fun and professional at the same time. They really take care of their clients, Ursula deserves all the praise. They make shopping for desi clothes easy and reliable. I highly recommend Perahun to all anyone looking for designer Pakistani brands and especially to future brides looking for formal wear.

I was very pleased with the service and selection. It’s a multi-brand boutique, I loved the clothes I got from there, and I’ll definitely be back visiting next time I’m in the area!

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I was looking forward to going to this store to check out what they have. However, based on the customer service experience, I have decided to go to Noors Collection or Dhaagay! They have beautiful pieces and the ladies are so kind.

Terrible customer service and attitude from both of the owners. I used to think they were having a bad day but after reading these reviews and visiting on multiple occasions, I realized that these women are just bitter.

My goodness, if I could give this place 0 Stars I would do it! It makes me angry to even give it 1 star. My mother and I had come from Buffalo to shop at this plaza where this store is located. Honestly we had such amazing experiences in all the other Pakistani Stores we walked into that day, up until the last store which was this one Perahun. This lady was EXTREMELY rude, I don’t know who she thinks she is. Not to boast but my mother and I have very expensive and good taste but we aren’t just designer hungry we like good quality stuff. This lady tried embarrassing my mother right away in telling her that this place only sells “designer” and upscale clothing and that if we shopped at the other stores we probably won’t find anything fit for us here. Reading these comments confirms that it wasn’t just a misunderstanding but that she is like that. I wasn’t feeling good that day so i asked my mom to just politely walk out.this lady needs to humble herself and her attitude. That’s probably why every other store had like 10 customers, and there wasn’t even a fly in this store. Totally unprofessional.

Ursala is the rudest sales associate I've ever come across in the years I've been shopping. Came for the first time with a budget in mind and she said it was impossible to get with my range of $60-$80 and she passed a bad comment on Kohinoor for selling one wash clothing. I've always went to kohinoor and never had an issue. She needs to fix her attitude don't know how she's in business with that much of an attitude. I walked out immediately. Please stop judging people on their budget it's 2021.

I absolutely love my shopping experience at perahun.ursela is doing an excellent work, she is so well coordinated and professional. Due to her loving nature whenever I went to perahun never came back empty handed i always ended up buying anything whether its jwellery or designer wear.the outfits are really vv stunning and stylish, believe me each piece is there own beauty her customer service is excellent.defi nately i will recommend this store they have huge variety

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Not greeted upon entering, nor was I asked once if I needed any help during the 40 minutes I was in store. After being the only customer at the store and browsing for outfits, I asked for a fitting room to try on the outfits I shortlisted. I was told that they are closed “due to Covid. ” Astonished because fitting rooms are opened EVERYWHERE, I was told that they can’t steam clothes every time someone tries them on. (Would maybe even understand concern if your business had heavy traffic but on a weekend afternoon I was the only customer for 40 minutes.) I was proceeded to be told that I may try the clothes in store WHERE THERE ARE CAMERAS RECORDING. Absurd and disrespectful to even suggest that, violating someone’s privacy and rights on another level, especially to someone who covers themselves. Sucks for them because they lost business because they’re too busy to steam a shirt while tending to no other clientele.

Ever since Perahun has opened I never came back empty handed whether its jewellery or designer wear I always ended up buying some thing. I love the customer service and ever since Ursela has started Live broadcast I enjoy that even more because I can make a purchase right there and she can hold the item for me.
With lockdown restrictions the store has been closed for a while but because of ursula's dedication and excellent customer service It doesnt feel like we are missing on anything, she answers the queries, provides pictures and even videos of the article you are intrested in. I would really recommend perahun for all your designer wear clothes and Jewellery.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ursela remotely as I don’t live in Toronto to visit the Perahun store in person. I watched live sessions online and took screenshots of items that I was interested in. Ursela then gave me the complete details, more photos, measurements and everything I needed to decide on which outfit to purchase. I was comfortable ordering from Perahun as they carry original designer pieces. No replicas. Also, Ursela was able to take care of some alterations for me where needed before sending me my parcel. From start to finish, I had a great experience with Perahun. I encourage others, especially those who don’t live in Toronto and can’t get to the store in person, to check out the live sessions online and order some great outfits from Perahun.

This is my GO to store for all my designer clothes.i have been getting all my special occasions and eid outfits from here and i've never been disappointed.i love how i no longer have to deal with designers and worry about my outfits not coming in time they always take care of things and make sure they are delivered in time especially for eid. I would highly recommend this store for all your fashion needs.

It was such a pleasure for me to buy my bridal outfit here today! It was such a seamless and pleasant experience. Ursela is so kind and made me feel so at ease. She had a great selection to choose from. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a one stop shop experience for all that you need.

I needed to get all my wedding shopping done and I was able to get it all from this store - and the was clearly the best decision! Excellent customer service. Ursula was extremely courteous and understanding towards all my needs and she made sure she showed me her best options keeping in mind my budget as well. The store collection and quality is also amazing with a reasonable price range and a variety of designer items available. I'm not sure why some people are writing negative reviews, I can personally say it's not at all true and you will feel welcomed the minute you enter the store and a collection that's unparalleled anywhere in Milton or the GTA. Keep up the great work!

Very poor arrogant and rude attitude of the shop owner, condescending.
If you passed on from one dress to another she would pass short rude remarks to show her annoyance, expecting her costumers to buy every single thing she wanted to show them? And if they wouldn’t, she would take personally.
She was extremely negligent and ignored us when we entered the shop And when we left without buying anything she made sure she made us realize that she didn’t like that at all.
No concern for what the Costumer requirements were and try to impose and push her own requirements on them which is quite strange.
I would never return to this shop and will never recommend to anyone and also because there are better and more hospital options in the same compound.

Buyer Beware

I love how most of the 5 star reviews are from people who have only posted a review for here. I would definitely give it zero stars if I could.

The owner is extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and has a serious attitude problem. She ignored us for a quite a bit until we asked for her help. She acted as if she was doing us a huge favour by deigning to show us the clothes. She then verbally attacked us after we mentioned that maybe during helping us out for a bridal outfit was not a good time to be chatting with her friends on the phone. We didn't stay long after that. She followed us outside to tell us we were wrong and didn't know anything. Never coming back here again.

Also when you can filter reviews by attitude as a keyword, you know it's an issue.

I love this boutique, customer service is always amicable, always a wonderful experience with Ursala and rest of the staff. Thank you
