Perfect Image

On Sunday, I came in to get couple few sets of new earrings because I kept buying cheap ones and they’ll always tarnish and break. So, I needed good investment on earrings. The amazing lovely girl, Stacey who worked there helped me so much picking and choosing earrings on what would look nice on my ears. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She even helped me to put it on! I’ll come back here again if I ever decide to buy new set of earrings or have another piercing.

So my Monroe was done and lip was numb for 3 weeks  hurt till end of Dec and is now better  got told by many people girl who  did it might hVe hit a nerve but I'm better now. I am coming to get nostril and septum done one day in Feb and March let's hope those results are better and nothing bad happens

I walked into my appointment feeling very nervous since I had never gotten a cartilage piercing done before, the workers at the initial point of contact were super friendly answering all me and my friends questions about prices and even offered opinions which were very encouraging and helpful! Shantal made the experience so welcoming and relaxing by ensuring i was truly happy with the placement of my piercing and hyped me up and overall made me feel really good about my decision. She explained the process very nicely and even accommodated my anxiety with giving me a squishmallow to squeeze. Not just her personality was amazing but her skills as well, me and my friend are over the moon about our new piercings even though we were nervous about misplacments of the piercing since our bad experiences at other places. I would definitely recommend this store for any anxious buyers and if you’re looking for quality piercings with a friendly service! Shantal was so nice, professional and welcoming. Made me feel super comfortable and made the experience as easy and as painless as possible.

I can’t remember who did my piercing, but they were so sweet! They had amazing pink hair! She explained everything that was going to happen, and it was done very quickly and professionally. Afterwards she gave lollipops. Every single one of the staff members there were incredibly kind, helpful and supportive! Definitely going to come back for my first tattoo and anymore piercings!

Went today to get my septum pierced by Shantal.i have a HUGE fear of needles, and she was so so calming and kind about it.walked me through every step and even asked me questions about how she could make me more comfortable.she was terrific, pierced me wonderfully, and I’m so happy with the overall experience I had there today. I would 100% recommend seeing Shantal for any of your future piercings

I’ve been to this shop on numerous occasions and cannot say enough great things about them. Starting off, this is an LGBTQ+ safe space, I’ve never felt uncomfortable going into this place of business. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, every tattoo artist I’ve seen in there has been a dream to work with. Their piercers are also extremely nice and will walk you through everything before the piercing starts. Always have a fantastic experience here.

Had an appointment with Steven, great experience, excellent service, all staff I spoke with were friendly and professional and most importantly Steven did excellent work! Highly recommend.

Don’t buy their jewelry. We had my 12 year old daughters ears pierced here and bought a special pair of earrings for her, one fell apart after only 11 days and they offer no warranties, returns or exchanges. I spent $140 on earrings that are now useless. Very disappointed. The piercer was very lovely though.

I've had 6 tattoos from Jesse, so far. Always clean, pretty sure a surgical suite isn't as clean.

Not a great experience - the price was way more than we were quoted. The tattoo needs touched up and it hasn't even been 4 months since I got it, and it bled, BAD - also just want to mention that they make you pay for touch ups. It was my first tattoo and I was nervous, so when the artist pushed back when I asked for the tattoo stencil to be smaller / alter the shape, I thought my artist knew best and had my interests in mind. Looking back, I feel really mishandled and that I wasn't respected in what I wanted. Let alone the actual quality of the tattoo. Thanks Frank:/

Well here we go. I had two walk in appointments with 2 different artists. The first time I went I was charged 250$ for 10 mins of work on my arm and thumb. The small thumb tattoo had a small bump that eventually leaked clear fluid. It’s healing now but the ink has scarred and bled making the line look bad and faded. I didn’t get his name.
Second time I went and had to give a 50$ deposit.
The lettering I wanted needed to be bigger and he convinced me it’s fine. He did a small tattoo on my index finger also. Apparently he didn’t put ink in half of the heart. I’ve never had this happened and I’ve been getting tattooed for 22 years. Oh yah for the second tattoo I was charged 300$ for 10 mins of work and quite literally ten mins.
So I go in for a “ touch up “ he redoes half the heart and misses a total dot to complete the heart and it’s also not even one bit. He commented on the butterfly tattoo on my thumb making it sound bad and I had it done at the same shop! I feel I was ripped off and given terrible work. I was taken advantage of for being nervous and kind.
I’m absolutely mortified when I look at my hand. This is permanent forever and it’s the worst work I’ve ever had done! Never have I ever seen someone not finish a tattoo! Thanks but no thanks I changed my review and I mean it! Good riddance!

I absolutely love how clean this studio is, and how friendly the staff are! Stacey and Shantal are amazing piercers! Not only do they have phenomenal bedside manners, but they’re also very clear about everything they’re doing in preparation of and during piercings!

I came to Perfect Image for my first tattoo. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and worked with me to choose a font for my tattoo. The shop was very clean and modern, my artist made me feel very comfortable and talked me through all of my concerns and the aftercare. I love my tattoo and would recommend Perfect Image and Veronica to anyone!

I've gotten my helix, second ear piercing, septum, and nostril piercing here, and they're so amazing at what they do. I recently got my two nose piercings done by Shantal, and she's so sweet about everything, and I always feel so comfortable with her because of how non-judgmental she is. Everything is so clean, quick, organized, and bookings are so easy! Everyone's so sweet, and I absolutely recommend going here!

I came in for a jewelry change, I was around 5 mins late but it was no problem at all! I was helped quickly afterwards and the ladies there were so kind and sweet. 100% will be coming back for more piercings/potential tattoos!

These guys were clean and professional, which I appreciated for my first (and likely only) tattoo. The artist was not conversational, but I suppose it's not a social time. He did remain focused and did a superb job.

Got my daith pierced and the girl who did it was so nice! The place is clean everyone is friendly. It was amazing I will be returning for more piercings soon!

I have been here for 4 piercings and never had an issue with the piercers, but I booked my first tattoo here and asked to book for one day but got booked for a completely different day. I wasted my time comuting to the shop and the front desk staff were very rude and extremely unhelpful; they acted like it was my fault for their mistake and had the nerve to give me attitude. If I hadn't paid my deposit already, I would definitely have taken my business somewhere else. That being said, I will be finding a new location for my body art.

I got a naval piercing from this place and my service was great, overpriced but the girl who did my piercing was super polite and friendly.

A week goes by and the jewelry fell off while I was sleeping so I went back the next morning to have it looked at and put back in again. I have no idea who the piercer was that time cause they did not even come out of their office to see me. Instead, told one of the employees there that they’re fully booked FOR A WEEK and could not see me. I asked what should I do now and the girl told me to either have a friend to try and push it in again? Or put a bandage over it, and that the hole is likely closed already, when the first thing your should be doing in a situation like that is contact your piercer and have them look at it!

I ended up going to another tattoo place where I had it fixed for only 5 dollars while they completely changed the jewelry with one of their own, and had it looked over by a girl who was already occupied tattooing another client because the service obviously only took like 1 minute!

A friendly, open and very clean space. Lovely people working here. Came in for a consult (with my 3 kids!) where I met with an artist (Adam) and we discussed what I was looking for. Felt very informed and confident about the process. My kids enjoyed the lollipops! The day of my appointment Adam made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. He did a great job and the results were exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this place!

Had my first tattoo done here and also 2 piercings. First piercing fell out so I had it redone, then it fell out again. The tattoo was terrible. Ferenc (frank) is a terrible artist and refused to alter the photo I sent to my specifications. He was very rude and aggressive. Would constantly be very short with me and would raise his voice, he also kept twisting my arm in a way which it doesn’t twist and when I told him “hey my arm doesn’t go that way” he said “well stop moving and breathing like that and you won’t have any issues. Sit still until it’s done”. When It was finished I got up from the chair, it was wet with my sweat and ferenc got very upset and started mumbling under his breath and moving his equipment very angrily. I think the person that was going to take my payment noticed this and rushed over to rush me out. I was very forgiving considering the circumstances, as I said it was my first tattoo so I was fairly nervous, it was also more painful that I had thought so I was a little on edge, hence my irregular breathing. Would never recommend this place or ferenc (frank) for tattoos. I would say strictly piercings and even that is a stretch. Terrible customer service and not worth the price. Do not go here ever.

Got a piercing here based on reviews and wasn't disappointed! This shop is the definition of modern, clean, and professional. Very nice shop, piercer was friendly and piercing (eyebrow) was fast and painless. Would suggest they give discounts on aftercare products and maybe give aftercare instructions (for bonus points), but that would be going above and beyond.

Very satisfied and highly recommend, will likely be back in the future if I get other piercings or finally decide to get a tattoo!:)

Happy with the service here. There main piecer did my partners septum, and both trechs in one day very clean and professional this woman knows how to help you not be nervous. They do still do contact tracing via QR not sure where this info goes. We are done with this and that was my only concern. But 5

I haven’t took any services from them, I emailed them twice for tattoo. The communication from staff is the unethical, they will call me for 1 minute consultation saying that I could walk-in.
They have no idea how to treat theirs clients so highly recommend, before you book anything or make an deposit. Have a clear communication. I personally wanted a small tattoo they try to get me large. Humble request to all visitor make sure you are dealing with someone with mature business ethics so they value your time and money. Literally the nicest people l have ever met l got my belly button pierced and l was so scared to do so but the staff there was so nice and calmed me down even gave me a lollipop to help me calm down lol. 100% recommend to go here for your next piercing

WICKED PLACE! Top to bottom. Can't say a bad word. JESSE IS A ROCKSTAR! I came in with a half done, 6 month old, good sized Dragon piece from an artist who couldn't finish it. Jesse matched the color perfectly, fixed mistakes, added his own touch and it came out PERFECTLY. He was fast. And I'm healing quicker than I ever have before. My wife is jealous. We've DEFINATELY found our new tattoo guy.

I was beyond disappointed with my experience there. I came for my appointment, to my knowledge was, at 7pm. When I arrived at 6: 55pm I was informed that the piercer had left because he was finished his shift at 7pm. The staff there were not polite at all and told me I was lying and my appointment was actually at 6: 50pm. They turned me away saying "there was nothing they could do". Mind you even if there was a misunderstanding over the phone and my appointment was at 6: 50pm, the piercer only stayed for 5min until heading out. I believe anyone who owns a business knows that customers can not always plan arrival exactly to the minute. It was too bad that this was my experience, and I'm glad to hear there are better reviews:)

Place is amazing and clean, I visited perfect image 2 times and both times the front desk lady with blue and black hair was unprofessionally talking to me with no respect. When other other men would walk in she would be very polite to them and when she turned to talk to me again she would talk back in a completely rude way. Differently think this place would lose customers because of the lack of respect she gives.

The tattoo artists are really nice and they do awesome work. I got an outline done of my two sons and my dog and it turned out just like the picture

It’s a nice, clean shop and that’s what the two stars are for. However, I’m beyond annoyed that after booking an appointment over a week in advance, and after reading through their website, PLUS calling in to confirm that I could bring my baby to a piercing appointment when his dad got called to work, it was it until AFTER I showed up that I was asked if I was breastfeeding and then turned away.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having this policy, I’m not at all put off about this rule. But if that’s the policy, it should’ve been easy to find on their website or otherwise screened in advance. Anyone who has little ones knows that getting to an appointment on time alone with a baby is a lot of effort and especially since I called to ask about bringing said baby, it’s just plain silly that it didn’t come up beforehand. What a colossal waste of time and effort.

I went in for a small tattoo. The girls at the front were great but the one tattoo artist they have is so rough and he's not personable at all. My tattoo took maybe 10 mins, no color, small and he charged me $170! I have a large, full tattoo, beautiful quality that I paid $160 for from a much more professional artist. Huge disappointment. Wouldn't recommend for tattoos.

I have gotten 9 piercings done at this location and every time service has been efficient, clean, and very friendly. Definitely a great experience and great staff.

Everyone was so wonderful, especially Jude (?) who did my piercing. I was a bit nervous and they really made it quick and, fairly, painless.
I'm contemplating a new tattoo and Perfect Image will be my first choice.
Space was modern and clean, really wonderful experience.

I’ve gotten a piercing (conch) and tattoo done here for decent rates. I like how they post about walk-in availability on their Instagram. The tattoo artist I worked with was really up front about design limitations (i.e. Size and placement), which I really appreciated because some artists would just take your money and tattoo whatever you asked for. My piece was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but still pretty reasonable!

With the piercing I got here, I chose a ring but it was a bit small and the experienced piercer didn’t express any concerns. Ended up with an annoying piercing bump that hasn’t fully gone away/healed despite following aftercare instructions. I got it checked out at another shop when the piercing was really bothering me, and they told me that the bump/discomfort was likely from the pressure of the small ring in my ear. I got the jewellery changed to a labret/flat back stud and it’s been so much better. This could have been avoided if the piercer mentioned healing concerns with a ring but they didn’t.

Overall good atmosphere but make sure you ask clarification questions/their opinion on your choices because they might not offer their opinion otherwise.

Went here to get my ears pierced, and it was honestly the best experience ever. The staff was really friendly and nice to speak to. The place itself was really clean, which was a bonus. The person who pierced my ears (unfortunately I forget their name) helped ease my nerves and took the time to make sure i was happy with the placement of the piercing and everything as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!
