Perfect Image

Great experience here getting a tragus piercing. Front staff were helpful and friendly; my piercer was very professional and made the experience virtually painless, thank you!

First went about a year ago to get my septum done which went well and healed quick the lady obviously knew what she was doing.so i made the decision to go get my nostril done…note i have one side already pierced.i paid for it (70$) which is very pricey but i thought i was going to a good place.the lady asked if i wanted a hoop or stud and i asked for a hoop.she pierced me and then couldn’t get the hoop in.she spent about 5 mins digging around in my nose till i started bleeding.she proceeded to put in a stud and gave me the hoop for free.the stud was 16g and i’ve only ever used 18g on my other piercing so it hurt like hell.it’s been about 7 months now and it’s finally healed but it kept rejecting and was in pain for so long.yes i did clean it i have other piercing and have never had this problem.will not be going back.unfortunately because my septum came out great.edit: i had to use cable cutters to cut the stud because the backing wouldn’t come off.they used the same jewelry that i would have put in my tragus.

I have now been to this location twice to get my ears pierced and it was an amazing experience both times! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My piercer was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Had many tattoos done by Mara, she does amazing work and I'm always so happy with the outcome of my tattoo and the ideas she comes up.

The bonus part is how inviting and welcoming the perfect image staff make you feel. They're great people and so knowledgeable, they answer any questions you got and will gladly help you in any way they can. I love going here and will recommend it to any one 10000 percent

I have been coming to perfect image in Masonville /the location on Richmond Street for the past 2 years to be tattooed by Mara.front desk has always been very helpful and welcoming, and I can say the same about other artists and piercing personal. Everyone in the building is kind and caring and I’ve had probably 15 appointments with Mara, all of which were a great experience.highly recommended

I made my appointment three days prior to my appointment and the blond at the front desk saw I had a baby, did not ask me any questions about it. I payed my down payment. Today I went in to get my tattoo and they refused to do my tattoo because I'm breast feeding my daughter, Wich I've never heard of a rule stating that you can't get a tattoo while breastfeeding. They also refused to give my money back I had to argue with them just to get it back I am NOT empressed at all I'm never coming back here again

Absolute clutch for opening in Masonville! Such a welcoming place that exceeds my expeditions! All the staff are so wonderful and helpful to all the questions I had about piercings (i.e pricing, discounts, best location of piercing for my ear shape, jewelry recommendations, cleaning care, etc!)! I’ve been going to this shop since it opened after my artist Mara moved from the downtown location. I’ve had 15 tattoos done by her and I always beyond happy with her work. The staff is always friendly and I have never had an issue making an appointment.

Worst experience ever. I mean the receptionist was having incredible fun sitting on the chair and didnt bother to walk around and help us. Why even are you at your workplace if you dont want to work, simply just stay home instead. Please hire someone who really knows how to do their job.

Wow what an experience! I have many tattoos and piercings but this shop is the best that I have used. Just got my tragus pierced and Tasha is super fast and friendly. The shop is clean and modern. Reception was nice and efficiently got me booked for this piercing. I would highly recommend this place! Love it, I'll be back!

Tasha did such an amazing job with my ear piercings! She was efficient and knowledgeable on the aftercare for my piercings which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend her and will be back!

My first experience was nothing short of perfect, the staff explained the process, I spoke with Mara about the memorial tattoo for my late mom and when the time came they were waiting for me, had me in, done and I was looked after extremely efficiently. Have come back for my second with Mara already and the front counter staff had messaged me, as well as Mara messaged me, about the bad snow storm and rescheduled my appointment with no headaches. They even reached out with an earlier date, had me in a week later (unheard of) and my second tattoo turned out amazing. I will be back for more, thank you to the team at PI, the counter and Mara have treated me like gold since day one I’ve also recommended piercings and tattoos since then because of the experience I had.

Leaving this because I went in and there was no one who did septums, i was really disappointed as i had been hyping myself up for a while.really sucked and they didn’t even apologize.

I love perfect image! All the staff are great and awesome. I've dealt with Mara for all 8 of my tattoos. I went again for valentines with my gf and Mara was so awesome. We had a great chill experience and we love the professionalism shown. I recommend highly to see her for any tattoos your thinking of getting. I'll be coming back again for my 9th tattoo 100%

I have had 4 tattoos done at Masonville mall perfect image now. The staff rock and are very knowledgeable/helpful. Would recommend anyone and everyone looking for tattoos or piercings.

Piercing was great. However, the blonde receptionist was not nice or helpful at all, her service is the reason I will not be coming back.

Receptionist was very rude and made my friend and i wait longer to let a guy who came in way after us go in first.very dissapointed.
