Perfect Nails

I visited Perfect Nails today and Pauline did a great job at doing my Shellac manicure. Their prices are great and their staff is friendly. Overall great experience!

Great salon, especially Jan. Thank you so much for these wonderful nails. She took time doing them and was very kind!

Great nails, exactly what I asked for. I got an acrylic shellac fill. I don’t personally understand the bad reviews as myself and my mom always have a good experience. Decently priced too unlike other salons. <3

They deserve no star. I hate having feeling like people are racist. It was the case today. They do in fact charge blacks more money. I sat in the chair and watched two ladies come in and was charged 10 dollars less for shallac. All three different race clients. Asian decent, white female and me black female. We all wanted the same thing. Yet I was charged (I opted out) 10 dollars more then the other two ladies. Disgusted. Then again I should of read the reviews before I got there. I won't be going back.

Disappointed with my service. Kim rushed through my pedicure and it seemed like the reason for that was because she had a nail appointment after me, am I as a paying customer not as good as the next? Things listed with the price were excluded from the service, such as a massage and an add on treatment, when I asked about it they said they don’t have it. My toes are left sore the following day. Was so excited to share a day with my family but ended in complete disappointment.

Although they do an awesome job, their price for pedi only was $10 more than what I’ve paid at another place

The staff are polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable. They do their best to accommodate their customers.

This place is honestly a joke! Never have enough people working here. You clearly need to hire more staff. Kim is rude and will shrug you off any time you walk in. No staff ever smiles here and everyone is visibly miserable. This place seriously lacks hospitality. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and have been doing so for years and they certainly have no interest in obtaining long term customers.

9/10 times you will be denied service due to lack of staff. The male is the worst of all of them all with nails. I requested Jenny for my apt but they give me the male and told me don’t worry. Sure enough my nails were so thick at the tips and looked terrible.

Don’t bother booking appointments either, you will sit in the chair and wait 25 minutes before they even acknowledge you.

The staff was very friendly. Kim took really good care of me. She was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable since I was out of my element. Will definitely be back!

Went if for a gel fill and an eyebrow wax.
Completely satisfied with my eyebrows but extremely disappointed in my nails.
The technician made me bleed twice and charged me for a full set. Would bot recommend for nails but waxing absolutely

OMG I should have read the reviews before I entered this place.
No concept of customer service. They did such a horrible job of doing my nails, my hands look like they just stepped back to 1999 when they first started doing acrylic nails. After I voiced my disapproval they asked if it was my first time getting my nails done lol. They charged me full price, I did not feel like paying at all but I just paid to punish my Myself for not reading the reviews before I went in. Now I have to find another place to fix my hideous nails.
