With COVID, they have really made sure to remain thoroughly sanitized and clean while making me feel safe in the environment. Amazing owners and will make you feel like you’re at home!

I have been going to Perfect Nails for about a year now.
I always ask for Pauline.just because I am thoroughly pleased with how she does my nails.
Somehow my shellac manicure lasts Way Longer
She does a lovely job. I’ve gone to other places if out of town. The shellac Never lasts as long.
Price is very reasonable. Excellent quality.
Definitely worth the extra drive and time it takes me to get there!

Best place to get your nails done! Pauline does my shellac manicure perfectly every time. I keep going back to her because her manicures are always thorough, never rushed and her application of shellac somehow always lasts longer than any other place I've been to. She speaks perfect English and has always been friendly and personable. A pleasure to visit every time. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable for the value. Shop is extremely clean and personal manicure sets ensure safe hygiene.

DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE. They don’t have updates menus on the wall on pricing of services.
They don’t tell you what the price is until your all done and ready to pay. Shellac manicure 45.00 $$$ are you Effin crazy. I wish I knew or I would of never done it. They rip you off.

I love this place! I’ve been going here for almost 10 years now and I’m still impressed every time I go. Their prices are very reasonable for the work that they do. They’re very professional and the quality of their work is immaculate! Every time I go for a manicure, pedicure, shellac exc. I’m almost always pleasantly surprised. When you go here you really are paying for what you get.

I have been a long time client and continue to go to Perfect Touch (even after moving out of town) due to the wonderful job I consistently receive on both my nails and with my pedicures. I have only ever had one issue with a staff (older blonde lady) whom I witnessed be consistently rude to clients and agitated when she wasnt given tips. I had her once when I first started going to the salon, and that was enough for me. She did a terrible job! I refused to have her again. Thank goodness she no longer works there, and is now some other shop owners problem. Thank you Henry and Pauline for all you do to keep us gals looking our best!

I’m SO glad that, that old blonde lady is gone!

When I first started going there she acted EXTREMELY rude towards me and other customers. She would humiliate other people and would tell blatant lies about her bosses and coworkers. I was seriously contemplating on not going back, but after my friend said that the rude employee was gone I decided to give it another chance. Now, after I went back I was hit with positive and kind energy from the rest of the employees! The quality of their work is amazing and I really think that it was that lady that was bringing the entire atmosphere down. Now I can proudly say that this place is truly an amazing place to get your nails done.

For all the people who also very much disliked this lady, I really recommend giving Perfect Touch another chance! Without her, you really see how awesome a place this can be and how kind the other employees are.

First of all, I've been to SO MANY nails places and this is the worst one by far. I walked into this place loving how clean and pretty it was. I booked an appointment with the female owner and she was so kind and helpful. I walk into my appointment the next day and there is a Male nail tech sitting inside and he told me to pic a colour.so I did. He started to doing my nails and already screwed up on the length so he had to redo it. When he cut down the nails.it wasnt the shape I asked for. I brought it to his attention and he told me to chill out. After that, everything went south. He was not being gentle, the cuticles on my hands were bleeding, he cut me more than 7 times and everytime I would correct him or bring something up he would get more mad. By the end of the appointment, my nails were rushed, they were too short, and I was bleeding and in pain. I am NOT happy with the experience I had and I will not be going back.

This place is fantastic! When I went I was immediately greeted and it made me feel very comfortable being there. The ladies that do your nails always try to make conversation and the nails are quality. I’m seriously impressed by how nice my nails look and how nice the workers there are!

I have known the owners for over 15 years, I started as a customer at their Burlington Salon and followed when they moved the shop to waterdown. The service is amazing, they are truly wonderful people. I have seen many price lists around, and for the quality of product and service you get, the price is great! Ive have recommended many people to the salon over the years, and they are all still loyal customers! Keep up the great work Henry and Paulina!

Owners have no respect for their clients at all. Very rude and by no means professional.
They are only interested in getting your money.
While having a pedicure or manicure they will take the individual working on you and make her do another person's nails while you sit and wait.
Extremely rude to clients and staff. Pricing is extremely high for quality of work. I've been cut during my manicure and pedicure and had a terrible infection.
I will never go back.

I come here to relax and get myself pampered from a hard day of work or a busy week. There is this young girl name Nancy that has done my pedicure now twice and she does an extremely poor job as my nail polish is either clumpy or has little tiny bubbles. She doesn't do a thorough job at all but every time she finishes she just rants on about how my feet is so dirty and I leave it for too long.  Huffing and puffing how she works so hard on my feet and shes so tired after doing my feet. It is quite humiliating as there are other clients in the salon. I come every month or 6 weeks. She has no work professionalism and does not know how to speak to paying customers. Like she makes it seem like I work in the garden all day in my bare feet and it's filthy dirty or I have blisters or calluses.  I am extremely disappointed as I feel it's just a money grab opportunity for her. She doesn't value her work or her clients or probably doesn't know how to make relationship with clients to have continuously returning clients.

Absolutely love my nails! They were very kind to still do my nails even though I came in a little late. I’m coming back here next time!:)

They did an amazing job fixing my broken nail. They do a quality job AND they interact with customers!

Don't go my nails got all infected and the customer service was bad. Much better places in waterdown to go.
