I had an installation completed last wednesday and I am disappointed with the experience. I was notified that the technician was running late so I arrived at 6: 10 for my 6pm appointment to help out. When I arrived another female arrived at the same time and was taken in prior to me. My appointment started late and it went long. I don't think I was out until close to 9.

The lashes I received were super voluminous and not what I had expected, but I did not have the time to stay to have them fixed. In the span of one week I have lost over 80% of my lashes, which is not typical based on my previous experiences with Perfect You. Your lash salon has previously provided good quality lashes that have lasted at least a decent 3 weeks, so I am very surprised presently.

The technician was nice and I am not trying to harp on her but I felt it necessary to make the owner aware of the poor service I received.

I got my lashes done with Rayne and I could not be happier! I almost wrote off lashes completely, because it was always a painful and irritating experience. Rayne really changed that for me. She works so well and she is so professional. My full classic set totally changed my face. I will 100% be going back to her!

This was my first time at Perfect You and had a good experience from start to finish. Chloe was very warm and friendly and talked me through their process as she went along. I got a lift and tint and my upper lashes look great. My only negative point was that some of my bottom lashes got caught in the mix and got lifted as well which looks a little strange with mascara on. Also, it would be nice if they could tint bottom lashes as well, but I’m not sure that’s a service any place gives. Will be returning!

Aleksandra is the absolute best! Her lashes last the longest of any I have ever worn. They also look unbelievably beautiful, either full or natural (depending on what you choose). She is very personable and friendly. Her shop is very clean and professional. Also, my mother has had many issues with swelling or blood shot eyes (as a reaction) and never has these issues with Alessandra’s lashes. There is ample parking in the area. I just cannot say how glad I am to have found her! I have been going to her for over 10 years plus. I have sent many friends and family whom will only go to Perfect You!

Absolutely fabulous lash services provided at Perfect You! Tina does an amazing job every time and makes recommendations based on what would look good for your eye shape. It really improved how my lashes looked since getting extensions here, I am very happy.

The ambience in the room is really peaceful with sweet sounds and nice smell, so beside doing your lashes you can relax as well.
