Went for an RMT massage with Mr. Everett. The office was inviting and the receptionist, Pooja, was very helpful and kind in setting up my appointment and answering questions. The RMT, Mr. Everett, was very knowledgable and pointed out some areas i can focus on stretching and being more mindful of my posture. I intend on coming here again in the future!

Such a friendly and professional environment! I was especially impressed by the attention given to sanitation in the clinic. Bal explained every step of my treatment from the beginning to the end and did not try to sell me on products. Her knowledge spoke for itself and intrigued me enough to not only buy a package of hydra facials but also multiple products. She puts in the work and researches everything! I had the Microneedling and Hydrafacial treatments done from Bal - she explained the treatments in depth and explained what she would be doing prior to beginning the treatments. During my micro needling treatment she has always broken the seal for the cartridge in front of me to ensure that I am aware that it has never been used. Bal takes the time to explain what she is doing while the treatment is going on to ensure I am aware of the process. After the treatments Bal also follows up with me to ensure that everything is okay.

I cannot speak more highly of this place, the staff and owner are all very personable and make you feel so welcome. Guveen did my first Dysport injections for me and explained everything to make sure I was comfortable. The results are wonderful, and very natural, which I prefer, and I would highly recommend coming to her for any of your injection needs. She really cares about her patients and getting you the results you desire.

The care she took to explain each step not only added to the comfort level, but was also an opportunity to become more educated about my skin type. I appreciated the cleanliness of the med spa. Bal actually showed me the new tip she was going to use for my facial, and the machine was absolutely spotless. Finally, Bal provided extensive information on the products that would be most beneficial for my skin type and concerns. Never did I feel pressured to purchase the products, but felt that I got a crash course in skin care and why it works. They do much more here than facials, so check them out. Samantha is a great masseuse, Lily is a dedicated acupuncturist who will help you and guide you to recover from migraines&headaches and chronic pain.
