Bought our Argo 500 last December from Brian and the process was amazing from start to finish. I've since dealt with Brian on 2 service issues and can not stress enough how satisfied we are with every aspect of dealing with Brian and PerformanceATV. Amazing customer service isn't hard to find when you're shopping for expensive items. Great service post sale is where things can start to fall apart. That is definitely not the case with ATV Performance and Leisure! Will definitely be back when it's time for more toys!

Always love visiting Performance Atv and Leisure with my kids. They love looking at the fox and fxr clothing. The parts department is always helpful and super speedy when ordering and the guys in the shop are really helpful when diagnosing snowmobile problems. They have even taken parts off new machines, just to get me on the trail again and ready for the next rip. Its almost like you are treated like family. Thanks for always being helpful!

We live up North but are originally from the Niagara Region. We had a part on order through our local dealership but they kept pushing back the date when they will receive it. We were waiting over a month for this part and thought we would contact Brian and Chris. Within a week They had the part and are shipping it directly to our house. Fantastic customer service and great people deal with! Best dealership by far. Thank you

I bought a 2018 Yamaha Grizzly 700 off of Brian in November of 2019, Brian was very helpful started up the machine and gave me lots of time to think on buying it wasn’t pushy either, bought it and a week later my dad bought a quad off of him aswell and was very helpful with my dad aswell

I felt like I had to come on here and share my experience. I can say first hand never met a more fair and reasonable individual. I left my equipment here for an extended period of time, like really extended. Brian could have easily told me to screw off and would have been in his right to do so. Instead he listened to me and what had transpired to lead do this mess and in the end gave me an extremely fair price for my equipment, which I obviously didn’t use or need seeing how it sat there. True gentleman and would recommend anyone to go here, and when I’m looking to buy a side by side, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service. Bought a 2015 Arctic Cat 500 with a plow from Brian and it has been rock solid. My father in law bought a 700 that had some problems and they were great with helping him deal with the issues and ultimately upgrading to a 1000xt.

The entire buying process was fairly smooth, Brian took all the time to answer all my questions. The nice lady in parts has been nothing but pleasant but I'm just a little disappointed in the fact that when I picked up my 4 wheeler there was a bolt missing in the belt housing and it's been 3 months and I still don't have it. They said it's back ordered so it's not their fault I suppose it's just something that maybe should have been caught on the pdi, Honest mistake though. The machine is everything I wanted and exactly what they said it would be. Great performance and so far very reliable. Hoping I can get my updated Arctic cat stickers soon. My first warranty experience so far has been very smooth and the service department has been very nice!

Never had a good experience here. Always give me the wrong part for simple things Or charge me double for parts that should just come together.

Went in today in need of some parts, everything I needed was in stock and at a fair price. Great service as always.

Awesome experience! Super super nice family run operation love to see that! You don't see that often! Bought some parts from them but my families bought multiple atvs from them and I'm looking forward to buying my first quad from them soon as well! Def worth the visit! They def go the extra mile with very reasonable prices!
