Paul was fantastic. I'm a new rider and he was very helpful making sure I get a bike that is going to suit me. I didn't get one yet still looking but I will be back there for sure

I have purchased 2 of my 3 Yamaha FJR’s from Paul. And I would have got my third from him too if he was able to provide it.
I get my parts and service done here. Very trustworthy people. I don’t hesitate to do business here.

I recently got my handlebars replaced on my V Star 1300 Deluxe that was purchased from there 4 years ago. I didn't realize Paul had such a good friendly group of people working there. Thanks for the great service and fair prices.

My first engagement was to see if I could trade my older cruiser in and buy a newer motorcycle I saw on their website. Things ended with me purchasing a completely different bike, one that hadn't reached the sales floor. Paul was easy to work with and made my first purchase at Performance Cycle smooth and seamless. He asked for a fair price and we struck a deal without much effort.

I've never been to Performance Cycle. I live in Alberta. I have though, on more than one occasion dealt with Paul and had items shipped to me. Paul has been very professional to deal with and has the items shipped promptly. The items I received were in great shape and fit the bike perfectly just like Paul said they would.

Highly recommend coming here for your next motorcycle. Paul is a straight up honest individual. I walked in to look for some parts for my Suzuki GS500 and walked out with a Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. Paul made a commitment to have a look at my GS500 after I made an offer online a couple of hours after I walked out. He showed up at my house a couple of days later with his trailer. He was fair in his offer for my bike, no hassle, no pushy sales tactics. Done deal in 3 days. It was an absolute pleasure. Mary was very nice to deal with at the parts counter. This is a great shop with terrific staff. Mary in customer service is always super friendly and very helpful, and the mechanics always call you to provide an update on any work they've done and to answer any questions.

The owner Paul is also a great guy. He went out of his way to find me exactly the bike I wanted, then he worked out a financial arrangement that fit my budget.

I also take my bike here for winter storage. If you're looking for a great dealership with top notch service, this is the place.

I have been going there my motorcycle needs for alot of years. They have never let me down yet. I even heard Brent actually over some guy thr shirt off his back. If you are looking for a special bike ask Paul and he will do his best to find one. I highly recommend this business.

I am very satisfied with this motorcycle shop! Paul is a very warm and enthusiastic person! I bought my first motorcycle there two days ago, the 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 300, and I was very satisfied with all aspects of the performance! I cycled all the way back to Toronto, where the scenery was really beautiful!

I purchased a used Vulcan from Perforance Cycle a little more than 3 years ago. Having been out of riding for many years there has been many changes in the industry I was not aware of. Paul extended incredible patience to me as I stumbled through the learning curve. He said several times he wasn't going to let me leave with the wrong bike purchase. And he was right, I bought the right bike.

Fast forward to this week, I called and got a quote for a new front tire and on Aug 13 left the bike with them. While in the shop they determined an addition repair was recommended, they called me for authorization, and the entire repair was done in a timely fashion.

I was called when the bike was ready, the bill was very reasonable, the bike was as clean as I left it. And a plus was, 3 symptoms I had that all disappeared. Great job guys!

The front line people, Mary and Brent are great to deal with, and I have dealt with Sam from the shop as well.

In todays world where integrity, honesty and service are sadly lacking it is great to find an establishment that does it right.
You can't be in business for forty odd years and not be doing it right.

I live in South Etobicoke and rode out to Cambridge to purchase and install an item for my cruiser. Paul really is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with, and his staff are friendly and helpful.
What I learned from this visit:
-Paul & his staff are honest.
-They treat a woman rider who may not understand alot about the mechanics with courtesy and dignity.

Worth the ride to Cambridge

My family have been customers for a long while, bought and sold bikes with then. Great service team.

There are some businesses who don’t request for a review, you are naturally inclined to share your experience with others. Paul and his team at performance is exactly that. Right from pre-sales to sales and handover was handled with so much personal attention and transparency. Extremely happy and would continue to be with them as a loyal customer. Cheers

Have been here briefly once and had a great positive experience. Would go back for more later on. I recommend this place

Absolute joke of a shop. I brought them a bare suspension linkage that just needed some bearings pressed. After begin told how difficult it was, and that it could take up to an hour to press 7 bearings. Little do they know I work on bikes for a living, and needed to sub the job out since my press was down. I figured they would find the 20 minutes it should take to do the job and get it done. I was pretty clear on the rush of needing it. I call at the end of the day to be told they didn't get to it, and that other bikes have the priority. These idiots have no clue how to prioritize work, and go at a snail's pace to charge more. These ppl are a joke. I've subbed this job before and never had an issue with multiple shops. They complete wasted my time and money. Would not recommend these people for anything.

Friendly staff, never overly busy and WILL get you what you need.

Definitely recommend this place for your motorcycle needs.
