It was wonderful experience to deal with Amit Gondia and Eric. The delivery of my Tucson was fast. Highly satisfied with the experience.

Shunted to voicemail when request service appointment for a recall. Missed call-back and left second voicemail to follow up. No response from Hyundai for 24 hours. Called again and after insisting on no more voicemails got an appt for 3 weeks later. Day of appt (1: 45) were told it would take 4 hours (5: 45) even though it turns out they close at 5: 00. Told they scheduled for 2 procedures even though one was for a factory installed trailer hitch (we don't have one). Why did they not simply ask when the appt was made? So very very not impressed.

Once again Performance Hyundai lives up to their 5 star rating. Yesterday I received a recall notice for a potential fire hazard caused by a faulty trailer wiring harness in my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy. While Hyundai Canada does not have a solution at this time the temporary fix is to remove the fuse to that wiring module. I dropped into the dealership this morning and within 5 minutes of explaining my concerns about the recall the service manager Matthew Hall, pulled the fuse and sent me happily on my way.

Had my service appointment on August 20,2022 until today I found my coolant level is quite low, Now it makes me wonder if all services are actually completed on their check list.
