My partner and I had such a lovely experience getting our first car with Performance Mazda. We worked with Angela, and she was so transparent, exceptional kind and thoughtful. She kept us updated on the delivery of our car, and really left us with a positive experience. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking of buying a Mazda. And ask for Angela!

Just recently purchased a Mazda 3 GS at Performance Mazda in Orleans. The staff was wonderful, and the service was stellar. Cam, Seb and Phil made my transition from Toyota smooth, timely and seemless. My salesperon, Cam, was so informative, efficient and charismatic. Hello, I would like to publicly speak my peace on the amazing experience I had In the Orleans Mazda. Brian Sanford was the fine gentleman who helped me out even before stepping foot in the Mazda dealership, and continues to after.
I am new to the area and from Barrie area. I was involved in an accident involving a 18 wheeler, knowing nothing of such. Never been in an accident… luckily, dealing with insurance companies, not knowing the lingo, being a female, scared, anxious. All the above. Brian called me after hours. (like 9 pm and weekends) making sure all my answers answered.
This was the best experience ever. My fiancé is also getting a car from Brian. Driving from Midland to have this service with Brian and of course Mazda Orleans.
I recommend Brian for anyone in need of a car, service and therapy. Lol. Kidding yet true.

Six months ago my wife and I and our little baby, went to performance Mazda in Orleans, we wouldn't do the drive if there was a car to try on the Gatineau side. But as faith should have it, they didn't have the CX30 in stock and we have to do the drive.

When we arrived we were greeted and asked to be seated. We were then introduce to Angela. WOW - Angela was super professional, not pushy and most of all she listen. In the cold she walked us through the car, the features and tips about the car.

To say the least we were blown away by her customer service, and how she made us feel comfortable to make the purchase.

We went home, sent Angela and email to order a brand new car. Angela was with us through the waiting process communicating to us via email, of any changes or delay.

Car came, she walk us through the car. Fill out the paper works, and we had our first brand new car.

Just want to finish my rambling by saying Angela Denommee is epitome of what standard customer service should be.

Saying that to say; as a black couple, my wife and I, often leave places of business, (Where we are spending our hard earn cash) not feeling like we were treated equal as other customers. But from our first visit to performance mazda up to the handing over the car, even the customer support we feel appreciated and feel like we are being treated as any other customer.

We have purchased two vehicles from Performance Mazda in the last 5 years and have had an excellent experience both times. Our recent experience was with Sebastien; he was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but also straight forward and genuinely helpful - characteristics I really appreciate in a salesperson.

Although we did not end up purchasing a Mazda (that is not the right vehicle for us), our experience with the sales person (Angela Denommee) was pleasant and professional. Angela is very knowledgeable and offers facts rather than the usual pressure tactics often experienced at other dealership. This is a family owned dealership with a different approach which focusses on the customer experience and satisfaction. We were pleasantly surprised. Angela was awesome!

Quick, friendly and bilingual service at Performance Mazda. Whether it be the sales team or the service team, you will be treated well. They have improved their online booking system so if you want a completely contactless service experience, you can get that too. They have a handy automated drop off and pick up service for that, which I used through most of the pandemic.

My experience with Performance Mazda Ottawa was smooth and great. Despite all the challenges related to Covid (delivery and production delays among others), Performance Mazda was able to provide first-in-class service by delivering my car in even less than a month (versus 4-6 months average wait that the customers are facing these days). It’s all thanks to the VIP sales manager Angela who acted in proactive fashion by providing an upcoming unit that was not sold. In addition, the on-hand customer experience was smooth, quick, easy and did respond to most of my questions whenever needed. Thank you all for the great service.

I visited Performance Mazda and Sebastien was a very receptive seller. I was looking for pre-owned vehicles and he took some time to show me the inventory. I did not find what I was looking for in their used inventory but they provided me clear information and full assistance. Great experience.

My elderly father purchased a used vehicle from Performance Mazda, they said a safety was done at their service department, they changed the oil. They put on an oil pan that was not meant for the vehicle, therefore was leaking oil and even asked my dad if it was leaking, they admitted they struggled with the key in the ignition- the ignition lock cylinder needed to be replaced, the blower motor needed replaced. All was discovered within the allotted days for Performance Mazda to be liable to pay for those services. My dad and I called SEVERAL times, the manager, service manager, the salesman. NOBODY returned our calls! Terrible customer service! Saw my dad coming and completely took advantage, gross!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my recent experience with Brian Sanford. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and in my opinion he should not be in customer facing role. In fact I've had two CX-5s in the last 6 years and based on this experience, I will not purchase another Mazda again.

Ayache and alouhi were very very kind, selling me a very good car. They were very transparent and extremely civilized. They replaced the AC even if they did not have to, so thats a big plus. Great service and great prices

Excellent service from the point of purchase (no pressure and available salesperson) to answering questions post purchase. The service advisor even helped me remove a stain from an old cleaning product I used. So very grateful

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few weeks ago and was told by the salesperson that the car had NOT been in any accidents. I took it to the garage for servicing a few hours ago and one of the mechanics pointed out that the trunk has a much larger gap on the right side then it does on the left. I checked it myself and noticed a huge difference between the gaps on the right and left side. The car has obviously been rear ended and was sold me to as accident free for a large amount. I am absolutely furious and am currently looking into who I can speak to because there is no way I'm allowing these scammers to rob me of my hard earned money. Until the dealership decides to fix this, this review will stand and I will continue looking for a way to get my money back. SHAME ON YOU!

Had my 2012 Kia Optima Serviced today, my tires were changed and aligned as well as my oil. Sebastien even took the time to come to me to bring to my attention some concerns about my brakes and they threw away the bag of garbage I had in my passenger seat! 5 str experience.

Excellent customer service all around. Brian the leasing/sales manager got me exactly what I wanted and was very informative. Paul the delivery specialist was more than accommodating when I picked up the vehicle. You can tell that customer satisfaction is their primary concern over making a sale.

This was easily the best car buying experience I've had to date. Our VIP Sales Manager, Angela Denommee, was incredibly professional, prompt, and supportive throughout the sales process - even after the sale was made and the vehicle delivered.

Test drives are still by appointment only, but Angela was incredibly quick to respond and even reschedule when I had to cancel at the last minute. There was no pressure at all during the sale, and Angela was incredibly patient with our questions while we mulled over the purchase. She was open and honest in discussing features that we did and didn't need, and came off as very genuine.

Angela remained incredibly responsive even after the sale was completed, which was refreshing and appreciated. She continued to respond to my emails, and provided regular updates on the delivery date of our vehicle.

Angela also completed the vehicle inspection with me when the car was delivered. She let me know that this was not normally something she did, and was very open about technical elements of the car she was not as familiar with. This was very refreshing, as I would much rather honesty up front as opposed to reciting technical features as if from a manual.

All in all, this was a wonderful buying experience and I will absolutely return when we're in the market for a new car.

The Service team has also been incredibly responsive. I have emailed their Appointment Coordinator, Don Rushton, many times with questions and service requests and always received a call back within the hour. Service has been prompt, professional, and easy to schedule.

The amount of happy faces one encounters when you enter their building is a giveaway to the fact that Performance Mazda is the most professional dealership that you will ever deal with.

Reily never pressured me in the whole buying process. Being a car buyer who loves doing meticulous research, I've been to all the local Mazda dealerships and nobody valued my trade-in as much as Performance did, which was the dealmaker for me

Plenty of more lovely individuals throughout the buying process that I was very lucky to meet as well:) Thanks, everyone can't wait to see you soon for the next one!

Very bad
They did charge me twice to inspect the problem in my car.first time I told him the problem then he called me told me that everything is good and they can't find any thing in my sensor and they charge me around 60 $ without doing anything when I turn my car on I found the sensor is off and the problem still not fixed.
So, he told me that he has to check the car again
Next day he told that he has to charge me again 150 $ to scan my car again to figure out where the problem
So, he did charge me twice to inspect the car.
They are not professional

I was referred to Performance Mazda in connection with my buying a used Miata in Ottawa which sale was conditional on inspection. As I am in Toronto, the logistics to the inspection and subsequent transportation were a bit tricky. But this Team did a fantastic job making it easy and comfortable for me (the buyer) and the local seller. Big shout-outs and appreciations to Paul Sellars and Don Rushton for their professionalism and top-notch assistance. I would not hesitate to use this dealership for all my local needs.

The Team at Performance Mazda made the new-car buying experience simple and enjoyable. Our salesmen, Brian, was professional, knowledgeable and transparent from start to finish, taking the pressure and unknowns out of the process. Our delivery specialist, Peter, was great to work with, having found a way to make going over safety features and functionality fun, and in fact sold me further on the ride.

From a COVID-19 safety perspective, they run a tight ship and I felt the team did a great job creating a safe environment to go through the process without sacrificing on the overall customer experience.

We showed up on a whim and without an appointment late on a Saturday afternoon. Just over an hour later, I drove away with a signed purchase agreement. Brian Sanford was awesome to deal with and so were the followup team when I arrived a couple of days later to drive off in my new Mazda CX30 GT. Kudos to Brian Sanford, Phil Evans, Jason Agnel and Jean Denmore for making this purchase a smooth enjoyable experience.

I knew there was something unique about buying a car at this dealership. They smile constantly and I went back home with a smile too!  Thanks to their sales rep Angela Denommee! She is soft-spoken and that helps a lot in the process of buying a new car after a long day at work. She knows her numbers and it was effortless to get a good deal. On top of that, I've spent only 5 minutes with their financial manager Jean Demore. They stick to the mandatory fees and did not try to fool me with extra stuff as most dealers do. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Performance Mazda in Orleans, purchasing a new vehicle, was wonderful from start to finish. I was welcomed by reception with a friendly smile and introduced to the Sales Manager, Angela, who helped make the experience of buying a car, seamless. Angela was professional, knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions and truly cared about my best interest. Angela made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Everyone that I had the opportunity to meet, including Pat, who helped with the financing and Peter, who kindly showed me the different features of my vehicle, was very welcoming.
