On vacation, in Niagara Falls we had a problem with my son's electric wheelchair. We went to this store to get service since they sell the same brand. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we could continue our trip even if we are not local customers. Great attention! Many thanks!

I’m in year three of my recovery from a highway accident that robbed me of my independence. When the insurance adjuster refused my doctors recommendation that I start using mobility devices Cheryl at Mobility worked with various agencies to provide me a walker and a scooter. Regaining a little of the independence I have lost has been a true game changer. Thanks Cheryl, James and all at Performance mobility for making my challenges easier to manage!

This company was terrible to deal with regarding repair of the wheelchair they originally made for me. This chair has now been in disrepair for 6 months. I called to inquire finally today and the receptionist who answered the call was so rude I finally hung up and will go with another company for repair. There is no clear or timely communication from this company. NOT RECOMMENDED TO DEAL WITH

Wow! After searching from Fort Erie to Mississauga for a lift chair for my elderly parents we stopped by Performance Mobility. Unlike the hurried disinterested care we got at some of the corporate stores, Leigh spent a lot of time helping mum make decisions, exploring options, giving knowledgeable advice and giving her a good deal on her chair. Leigh also arranged a same day consultation with an occupational therapist so my mum could get a new walker (which she delivered to mum's house in Vineland on her way home). Although I live in BC, Leigh followed up with emails and let me know when the chair arrived (by free delivery!). It was only later that I found out she owns the store and is committed to excellent service. I highly recommend her store.
