Have been to Performance Physio for both knee replacements and can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Ola is an amazing physiotherapist - patient, kind and funny, but also very effective! He knows when to push you that little extra bit, but also knows when you need a break. I am so happy with the results of my recent surgery and he played a huge part in that.

Heather and Brie at the front desk always gave me a warm welcome and are super helpful.

Highly recommend this clinic. Also in a very convenient location with tons of free parking.

A great experience from booking my first appointment to the last day of treatment. Ola is knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. The amazing ladies in reception work with your schedule, are always pleasant and kind, organized and just lovely in general.
Since sustaining a back injury in May, I have gone from barely being able to walk from pain to essentially pain-free. I attribute this to not just my sessions with Ola but his advice and guidance on how to prevent pain/re-injury between sessions and moving forward.
Very highly recommend this clinic and encourage you to call if you're hesitant; they're helpful, fast and always return your messages.

I just completed my 6 month physiotherapy treatment at this clinic after having surgery on my hip to repair a Labrum tear and an osteoplasty. The service was amazing, I went in there not being able to walk to coming out being able to run again. This surgery and the Physio service I received from this clinic gave me my life back! They were always running on time and they truly cared about my recovery and reaching the goals layed out by my surgeon. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind. Overall this place welcomed me and made it a comfortable place to complete my recovery.

This used to be a good clinic but with new management they have pressured the staff to work harder and faster making patient's care suffer. When I go to physiotherapy I expect one on one care and attention from the professional not for them to be distracted with an over booked schedule. I also found it frustrating sometimes that they are only open 3 days a week.

I broke my leg 3.5 months before my wedding and the physiotherapists worked with me to make sure I could walk by my wedding. In only a month, they had me off crutches and walking confidently again. The staff are knowledge, supportive, and encouraging and I highly recommend Performance Physio.

This clinic provides has the friendliest & most genuine staff. It is evident through their attitudes, professionalism, and ability to make me crack a smile or laugh out loud when they are working my sorest spots.

I worked mainly with Marco, which was excellent because my issue was my knee and he has a wealth of knowledge to pull from as he works with athletes who depend on their knees. He pushed me to train harder and keep challenging myself. I actually wished I could keep going after I graduated.

Jennifer makes me feel welcome, she is an excellent listener, problem solver and made me feel good every time I talked to her.

Shannon was my massage therapist, and I swear that girl can turn me into a puddle of relaxed and rejuvenated jelly in 30 minutes.

Had my first therapeutic massage from Shannon and she is outstanding at her profession. Greeted upon arrival by all staff. Booked my 2nd appointment before I left.

I started physio when my mobility became severely limited. Thanks to Marco and Mackenzie I have been steadily improving. All the staff are very friendly and the administration staff efficiently take care of my insurance needs. Thank you team!

These guys really care about you and what they do! This is the first physio in years where I feel in good hands. I've been to other physio where they just give you stretches at home, these guys emphasise the manual stretching and in house work first, and at home second! I had a recent shoulder surgery and these guys have been taking great care of me on my way to recovery. Mackenzie is almost always there, greeting everyone and has taken great care of me plus attention to detail.in addition to Raul and the newest addition to the team, they all take patient care to the utmost important, something close to me as a nurse and a patient.

Overall an amazing experience with the staff, and a special shout out to the amazing front desk staff Jennifer who always welcomes everyone with a warm smile and greeting.
I would recomend this place to anyone in need of physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture or the like!

Love my Physio here. I’ve been going here for six months time. Everyone is friendly and they will bill direct to your insurance company. They also have massage services available and additional services.

The staff at Performance Physio were very effective and friendly. My random sharp knee pain went away after 1 week and all pain was gone by 6 weeks. I really appreciated learning about all the exercises I could do and how the staff greeted me by name with a smile. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes.

Performance Physio is fantastic, they have helped me gain my mobility back after badly breaking my ankle. They take the time to explain everything and to make sure I understand how to do the exercises and they answer all my questions never rushing. They have become like family. Very positive atmosphere.

My experience here was nothing but positive. From the initial appointment and all the paperwork to fill out, dealing with insurance and booking each appointment, Jennifer was fabulous. She made it so easy and always had a smile and friendly greeting when you come in. My treatments from Khushboo and Jordan always went well. They both took the time to explain what the exercises were for and answered any questions I had, they were awesome! The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, I observed a lot of lively banter between staff and patients and between patients and other patients. My treatment went so well my doctor said I should be the poster child for the benefits of physiotherapy. I would whole heartedly recommend to others!
