I got the something 12? This place is great, makes me want to eat breakfast for dinner and breakfast for lunch and breakfast for breakfast

Expensive, poor value, they don't even use good eggs, it's just overpriced Denny's with all the character of a strip mall. Pancakes were good, though.

BEST PANCAKES EVER! No other breakfast place compares.
I've actually never had their lunch/dinner food, no matter what time I've gone - the breakfast food is the winner here.
The coffee could be better and they need to put the Mediterranean omelette back on the menu.

I have been here several times and it is my go to place because of the ease of getting there and parking. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the food today - the oil used to make the omelet was obviously stale or the cooking plates have not been cleaned in a while. I was with a client so I did not bring this up with the server.

We had only a short wait for a table but service was slow. The prices charged don't match the quality of food. We were disappointed!

Their breakfast is really good. I also love the fact that you can choose between tater tots and hasbrowns and sausage patty and sausage links. Most restaurants only have one option. Not so sure about their bakery items. I got a cinnamon roll. I didn't have it the same day and the next day I went to have it, it was so hard. I didn't bother and throw it away.

Always a pleasure going to this family restaurant. The staff members are so attentive. Customer service is amazing! Food is hot and fresh. A great experience every time.

Waiter Gonzalo was simply the best waiter I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Extremely fast, courteous, and sharp. He more than deserves his feedback.

Ate here a couple times since it was attached to our hotel. Service was great. Food was pretty standard, nothing too exciting. But the prices were insane. Almost $30 for a chicken strip meal is wild. I couldn’t get past the fact that it was more then a triple club sandwich.
It was a fine experience but wouldn’t recommend based on prices alone.

Service was horrible! We were seated right away, however, the waiter took 15 mins before coming over and greeting us and then it took an hour for us to get our food. I wouldn’t visit here again!

Food is really good for what Perkins is. Restaurant is big and very family friendly. Parking is free if you eat and validate.
All is good except for service. Service has no school and no training. Feels like uncle or auntie is serving you. You need to help them. Well since I came with family I did some example and was super nice. Still left a tip.
We came Sunday 2 pm. Food good. Place good. Service bad.
Will come again but now I know what to expect.

1. Food was served barely warm after 40+ minutes wait at table. Bill came with a 35% surcharge because we had 8 people. Didn't pay it after argument with manager. First and Last time.

Wow! Clean family environment. Pat our server was amazing. We asked about changing an item to gluten-free and she looked into with out even being asked. She anticipated our needs and was friendly The food and service was great. They provide a free 2 hour parking pass.

Great food and servers are great. They know the menu inside out and able to accommodate.

Front desk service is slow. Asked to have my parking pass validated when I got there and was told they would do it on the way out. Waited for over 10 mins for someone near the end and no one turned up and there was a line up. Had to pay $12 for parking. Won't be going there anytime soon because of this extra cost, unless I'm willing to pay extra for parking. This is an Etobicoke location, there shouldn't be parking cost.

One of my faves for no other reason than the fact that food is 100% consistent. I love their eggs benny and they never disappoint.

We used to go all the time for breakfast years ago and enjoyed it. A few years ago we noticed the food changed.portions were smaller, food just wasn't cook well. I havent been in over a year, went today to give it another try ordered eggs Benedict over ham and English muffin. The eggs were fried over easy instead. English muffin was pretty small. My mom ordered fried chicken over a biscuit with sauce (always order it when we go). The biscuit was noticeably smaller than the previous years and less sauce on top. The parking here is a nightmare most times and that's just gotten worse with the automatic ticket machine to get in and out. It says 2 hrs free parking just about everywhere and when you get into the restaurant theres a small little sign that says 'have you validated your ticket? And under mentions the 2 free hrs again.theres NO info anywhere telling customers to give their ticket to the clerk before you leave. A simple message on the desk. It's not hard to get the clerk who seats you to tell people while we walks them to their seats, or any of the waiters serving. I dont think we're going to be back any time soon.

The waitress was great. I had California eggs Benedict it was ok. The sauce was starting to separate & it was a cold. My husband loved the everything platter with tots instead of potatoes. The coffee was fantastic, love that they put the pot on your table. Lots of choices as well.

Apart from the food tasting bland, bad, and oily, I found our server really rude. They should have served us 3 slices of pie but she said we don't get to have it. The food was awful. An "avocado salad" that doesn't seem to have any avocado nor does it taste like an avocado salad. They could've been saved with a nice service, but overall our stay was there was not worth mentioning and was very disappointing.

Rude staff and a serious lack in cleaning of equipment.mother ordered a tea, and the carafe's lid had nearly a weeks worth of build up on the inside. Requested to see the Manager to bring to his attention, and the hostess wanted to take the lid to keep from the manager from seeing it. Sadly even the menu is dirty. Seriously in need of a cleaning, and need for staff to start listening to instructions.

Service is incredible. Food is always great and selection is second to none. Country biscuits with chicken is a favourite. Staff always go above and beyond.

Only Perkins in the city! The tremendous twelve is one of my favourites; the coffee at times can either be very good and fresh and at times taste a bit old. Other than that fresh all day breakfast is the best!
