Perkopolis

Sent an email to Perkopolis as I couldn’t get into my account. Got a reply very quickly and solved the problem instantly.hank you.

My work has an account with Perkopolis, anytime I've needed help or have questions they get back to me within an hour or two (not 5 days like some other companies). The programs they have are great!

Had a bit of a technical issue signing up to the web page for the brand. I contacted them via email and they got back to me right away to fix the problem. I was very impressed how quickly and professionally they reached out and solved the problem

My questions were answered promptly and professionally and my issue was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent service!

My account was disabled so I sent an email to the contact listed on the main page. Immediately I had an automated email stating they had received my email, within 30 seconds I had an email stating Perkopolis had opened a ticket on my behalf, and within 1 minute of sending my original email, my account was unlocked and I had a temporary password to sign in.

I was told to contact perkopolis customer service for update my account and 24 hrs the perkopolis team will respond back. But to my surprised the team get back to me within an hour or so and advised that I would be able to access my account. Indeed the team are providing great customer service and the support was very effective and efficient, really amazing. Thanks team, keep it up! Agnes

Justin knows what he is doing and he fixed my issues like a boss. In fact why not have him promoted? Seriously it is cool to have someone who knows their profession!

Disappointed with the customer service and lack of response! Even after numerous calls and emails not even one single person responded for actual account setup.

Fantastic customer service. So prompt in replying and helpful. Resolution was had within 5 minutes of emailing them. Amazing!
