Perms & Cuts HAIR and SPA

So a few months back I decided after many years of growing my hair out Elizabeth promised me over two years talking to her on the phone if she knew what she was doing I had long hair or one length almost down to my bum now my hair is all different curls straight dried rate out it was virgin hair and a model they overcharged me and my hair is all broken door is broken here through my whole head I have been speaking to a lawyer and I think I’m going to take this to court my anxiety has been through the roof as it took me close to 13 years to grow my hair out one length my hair is my everything they destroyed it and she promised me she would do a perfect job she cut all my midsection layers that look ridiculous without my permission insuring me it will be best because she didn’t know what she was doing I am mixed and my hair is absolutely gorgeous until I went to this place now they’re not answering their phone I have broken hair through my whole head little Short pieces through my whole head broken hair I am beside myself they are not answering their phone I have messaged them this place is horrible the curls are all on even Some of my hair not even curled at all Again I was on the phone with her for almost 2 years because I was scared of this to happen and she insured me 110% I had nothing to worry about and I was in good hands

Worst hair color experience ever. It feels really bad when you trust someone for their experience and knowledge but they have no clue what they are doing. I had this experience today when I got my highlights done by Lita. Even after explaining her clearly that I don’t want blonde color and showing her pictures of the color I would like, she did what she liked. The so called highlights she did look like orange color hair not even close to the color I asked her to do. I wish I had never gone to this place.

It was my first time visiting this location and Irene was AMAZING! She has great customer service, is personable, gave me exactly what I was looking for and it didn’t even take that long! Will definitely be coming back
