Don't trust them! Dirty, unorganized and staff are ignorant. May of 2022 dropped off my laptop. Got a call back saying they could retrieve my photos. Brought them my external hard drive and awaited call back. Stopped several times and was told we will call you. Never received that call nor message on my phone. Nine months later, went there (today) and I paid $135.00 plus tax for one hour labour for 230GB transferred to my external Hard drive 30GB of which is all I asked for (pictures) and my computer thrown out without my knowledge nor permission! OH! Lucky me! They salvaged the hard drive for me from the computer which they threw out. (I shop local but this is too much!)
30GB of transferred photos cost me, with tax, $152.55 total.

Experienced staff helped me identify the problems I had with my computer and peripherals setup and recommended multiple solutions to choose for fixing them. I am a very satisfied customer and will surely ask for their help if or whenever I will encounter further issues.
