Call expecting not to even speak to somebody because that’s how lawyers and paralegals usually are. To my surprise Tim is so invested in his craft, he spoke to me for almost 30 mins providing excellent advices and guiding me in the right direction I will definitely be a client with any matters I can involve him in.

He us very aggressive towards women mostly. Very unprofessional only helps him self to win. Also represents landlord's and ppl that are not legally licensed with the bylaw city of london. I have used Persuasive Paralegal several times in the past couple years. Mr. Mobberley is always patient when explaining my options moving forward. He helped my mother get the property management company of he apartment building uphold their promise to quickly replace a broken refrigerator over the Christmas holidays. Most recently he facilitated the refund of airline tickets that were purchased just days before the pandemic shutdown. The airline only was offering travel vouchers, but because of Persuasive Paralegal, we were refunded the full ticket amount.

We met Tim a couple of months ago and he met with us for over an hour going over details of our tenant issues. Everyone thinks their case is complex, ours really was but Tim was confident he could help. He is straight forward and sometimes brusque but that is what you need when dealing with such complexity, emotions and our limited knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Board. We read reviews before meeting him and read that about him but we also read that he always has his clients best interests in mind and that has proven to be very true. I think our case surprised him along the way but never did he waver in his support for us. He went above and beyond, from being out of town on a long weekend and rushing back to the office to draft up papers because our tenant said they would sign papers before 4pm if we had them by then, to still being there 4 hours later because said tenant was jerking everyone around, to dealing with police on more than one occasion, to dropping by and just checking in with us personally. He never let us down or gave up or let us feel like we were alone in this. It was a difficult situation but he NEVER gave up and always responded when we contacted him. He gave us sound advice, is very passionate about the law and he was a tremendous support to us. If you hire Tim, rest assured he will have your best interests in mind. He knows the Landlord Tenant laws and he will represent you to the end. He is passionate and genuinely wants to help his clients.
