I am totally overwhelmed by the team on the follow up with my issue and ratings provided here. Bumping up the ratings to high for the great service provided.

I had a very positive experience with Pest Protection Plus Inc, thanks to their technician, Yuri. He was not only thorough in his inspection but also took the time to explain his findings in detail. Yuri outlined the measures he implemented to prevent future issues and generously shared helpful tips for me to contribute to the solution. Despite the unpleasant nature of the situation, Yuri's professionalism and expertise made the visit both informative and reassuring. I highly appreciate the service and would recommend them for their exceptional care and attention to detail.

Everything so far has been great. They show up on time, they answer all the questions I ask. I would give them 5 stars but we are still working through our problem. Very early in fairness from when they started. Will change to 5 once problem is fixed.

I had an exceptional experience with Pest Protection Plus today in Mississauga (Neighbourhood Circle)! The technician, whose name I unfortunately missed, was incredible. He efficiently resolved our pigeon problem and thoroughly sanitized my deck area. They were living underneath and nestling. He had to remove them physically (those buggers didn’t want to leave). His professionalism and extensive knowledge were evident throughout the process. I highly recommend Pest Protection Plus for their outstanding service and expertise. This technician deserves a raise for going above and beyond in delivering top-notch results. Thank you for a job well done!

After about 18 months of dealing with a pigeon colony living on my balcony (at least 30 birds) I used Pest Protection Plus to clean and sanitize my balcony and install bird netting to keep them off my balcony. The guys were professional, friendly, and patient with my answering my questions. The netting is really well installed and I sort of enjoyed watching the pigeons flying towards my balcony to land, only to have them realize they couldn't anymore and fly off. I tried taking some pictures but they really didn't do the job justice. Anyways, If you're looking for someone to do this type of work I think you can't go wrong with this company.

Anthony and William came to service our home for a potential mice issue in the garage. They really took their time in educating us about hot spot areas/ issues for mice. They were on time, respectful, educational, and got the job done fast!

Absolutely incredible customer service. We called a number of times with questions and each time they were kind and informative. The person that came was equally as fantastic. In a good mood, answered questions, professional.

My service request was completed within 24 hours based on their availability. While most other service providers only spray the problem spot and will charge more for other nests or subsequent visits, pest protection plus sprayed the entire area and the price includes any nest in the property anytime within their 6 month guarantee period. It gives me a piece of mind knowing that they are only a phone call away should i require their services again in the next 6 months. I have yet to evaluate their work which is why I'm giving 4 stars.

The service we received was exceptional. They arranged to come out without delay and the work done was top quality and completed quickly. The animals did not vacate quickly and Pest Protection Plus came back without hesetation until the eviction of our unwanted wildlife that had taken up residence in our home was completed. The calm and professional aproach gave us comfort that they would take care of out situation. I recommend these people 100%

We used Pest Protection Plus for bird removal in a bathroom vent and Ben was excellent to deal with and did a great job! Very professional, prompt and thorough! We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Pest Protection Plus is an excellent company for dealing with unwanted critters. They have always been kind and helpful to us. All the staff is friendly, punctual and will take the time to answer your questions and listen to your critter stories. We have used them multiple times for different reasons.

Alison was very good and she help me with the rodents problem.
The only thing that I don’t like is that they don’t give me the key for the boxes that I bought so I can continue putting poison in that boxes.
They have very good customer service.

These guys are INCREDIBLE! Found them on a quick Google search and reviews looked great, and were definitely the right choice! Response time was unbelievable! From when I called them with my issue for safe wildlife removal to the actual technicians arrival and removal of the animal from my garage, it was all in under 30 minutes! After having a horrific experience with another wildlife removal company, we decided to go with Pest Protection Plus Inc.
Ben saved us. Too bad I can only give him 5 stars. He deserves 10 stars at least. He really understands how raccoons think. So instead of cutting the wall to reach the raccoons, he convinced the raccoon mom to relocate the kits on her own. Our house is now safe thanks to Ben.

First visit quite thorough. Technician extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
