Last summer we began to see rats outside on our property coming from the surrounding backyards, I called Pestend, Sajjad has been incredibly responsive and informative. He installed bait stations around our property, and has been coming to maintain them monthly. He always calls to let me know he’s on the way (we have a large dog) and calls me to report what he has found when he is done. He is friendly, and professional. I highly recommend using this service. We have peace of mind knowing that the problem has been taken care of.

Was getting bites and had their dog come in to see if it was bed bugs. The dog signalled on the baseboards. They told me a heat treatment would be $3,000 for my house. I was a little skeptical because I couldn't see them so I hired Orkin to do a dog inspection and they found nothing. Haven't gotten "bitten" again and still haven't seen the apparent bed bugs Pestend told me I have. Scam company unfortunately.

The gentleman that came to our facility from Pestend was so efficent in his check of our facility and after some time told us that we do not have a pest problem. Having the traps would only attract pests before they end up getting caught ect. It was so refreshing to have someone to honest and not just charge our company because they can. Pestend offers reasonable prices, are punctual and their technicians are effective and easy to deal with. Jason Van Roosemalen, Moe Iqbal and their head office were great to deal with and addressed my pest issues.

I wasn't too happy with Faraz Ahmed's service, however. I've had to request warranty service for his pest treatments as they were ineffective, and he's a bit pushy and unpleasant to deal with.

Squirrels had made their way into our attic by chewing through our roof vents. They did a great job of animal proofing the roof and allowing the squirrels to leave unharmed. They were professional and punctual. They were half the cost of another quote we got (someone else who asked double the money without even setting foot on the roof) however not cheap. Would definitely recommend but wish their cost (although competitive) was lower.

We had squirrels in our attic and Kami & Amjad (from Pestend) came very quickly to set traps and secure the attic. They worked carefully & did a thorough job even on an extremely cold winter day. They came back at my convenience to remove the trap and finalize the attic mesh. Took pictures of before and after so we could review. No squirrels in the attic anymore. Thanks Kami & Amjad! Also Pestend office admin was very responsive and easy to work with.

The technician Zack was very professional and found an entry point in my room for my mice problem. He filled up with steel wool. He arrived on time and took the time to check my heaters for entry points. I was very happy with his service.

I have had bedbugs for over 1 year. When I called other pest control places they quoted prices twice as much as pestend. Taimur from pestend came and did an excellent job. I haven't seen any bedbugs since he did the second treatment. He is also available to answer questions at anytime. I would personally recommend this company to anyone with bedbugs. Thanks Taimur.

Had a mouse infestation. Seems to be taken care of now. The technician was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to park down the street, as not to draw attention to his Pest Control vehicle. My only complaints are: he didn’t seem prepared in that he needed a screw driver, and step ladder; which we didn’t have readily available. He also went into the attic which I assumed was part of the treatment. He didn’t mention anything about it being extra. It was only at the time of payment and I went through the contact I learned it was extra. All in all it was a good experience.

Found a Hornet Nest on my property, made a call to PestEnd and spoke to Shrada & Tooba both of them were very helpful. They booked an appointment for me and thankfully on a Stat holiday.

I used Pestend to prevent raccoons, rabbits and skunks from entering under my deck. The work involved installing wire mesh at the base of the deck as well as a one-way door to allow any animals under the deck to exit but not return. Installers Kami and Ayaz did a great job and looked after all the details that ensured I was totally satisfied.

Kami and Ayyaz were fantastic. Pigeons came through a hole in the pigeon netting. They came on a holiday, they were on time, and great professionals.

These guys are excellent! Kami and Ayaz conducted a thorough inspection of my home, especially the chimney, and discovered a family of squirrels living there. They were very careful and mindful of the squirrels' safety and decided to wait a couple weeks before taking action on removing them so the babies can mature enough to safely get out. When they came back, they installed a one way exit door for the squirrels to safely use and not return. Then they secured and protected the chimney, roof and all other possible entry ways into the house. They took the time to explain what is happening, what they were planning on doing, showed me close up photos of the problem and provided me with all kinds of good advice going forward. They were kind and professional and I would definitely recommend their service.

Moe was on time, very polite, and did a thorough job to resolve our centipede problem. I have used Pestend and Moe in particular twice now and I highly recommend his services.

Based on the good reviews I found on the Internet about Pestend I called them about an issue I was having (mounds of saw dust were appearing below my wood deck). After a short conversation with an expert they quickly diagnosed my problem (Bees drilling into the wood to create a nest). The very next day they Kami and Ayazup showed up at the agreed time and within 30 minutes had resolved the issue. I will definitely call them again should I encounter other pest issues.
