We had a treatment for carpenter ants in our house upstairs. Javaid was very helpful, informative and very professional. He kept us very well informed and walked us through the process and what he would be doing. He was careful to be very clean and the application was very successful. Moved into an old house and found out it had a mouse infestation. Scheduled a Pestend consultation/first visit. Javaid came to the house, conducted an inspection inside and out, gave good advice and insight as to where he thought they may have been coming into the house from and set up some poison boxes. He was very thorough and mindful of our home. It took a few visits (for box refills) before the mice were eradicated - the package I purchased came with a 6-month guarantee, which I would recommend to anyone. Javaid went above and beyond to follow-up with us between visits, educate us and stuck with us until there was no further evidence of the mice. I could not be more please with the service I received from Pestend. We would see several spiders/millipedes a week and it was a very uncomfortable situation for my daughters. Since our home was sprayed, after approximately 2-3 weeks we have seen nothing! Not one! We feel more comfortable in our own home, finally. I’m very happy. I had a carpenter ant infestation to the point where I couldn’t even sleep in my bedroom. They got in some wet dry wall in my window sill. Javaid from Pestend sprayed the hole in the drywall as well, as standard, all the baseboards and under sinks in my place AND around the outside windows just to make sure. He answered all my questions. My cat is fine too as I was assured she would be. The ants were completely gone in about two weeks. Thanks!

I was shocked when I found a bed bug in our apartment. I sent request to our building manager. They called another company, so we should wait for one week to get treatment. It was too long for me.
My husband found Pestend on the internet. So we canceled appointment with another company and was waiting for Pestend specialist. Javaid came to us on Saturday for the first treatment. He inspected our bedroom. Also, he treated our coach in living room.
Most of bed bugs were gone after the first treatment. We still saw small bed bugs, but I put sticky traps under each bed legs so it was easy to track.
It took us about 2 months to get rid of the bed bugs, so be patient. Our specialist Javaid was always in touch and answered all our questions and gave a lot of instructions and recommendations. I highly recommend Javaid and Pestend. Thank you for your work!

I called Pestend in December as my tenants were having issues with mice. Faiq arrived early and did the walk through. Showed me where to plug holes from the outside.we had a big infestation so they said the they may need a second visit (for free). A month later, my tenants called to say that they still seen a mouse.they didn't bat an eye when I called.they happily came again and rebaited the traps. I haven't had any complaints since. I just couldn't get around to plugging the holes from the outside as it was the middle of winter.so it was my fault they had to come back a second time. I definitely would recommend them for any pest issues.

We saw a mouse in our kitchen late and night and panicked. Pestend’s operator is open late so I called at 11 pm and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Faiq was great - he did a thorough search of our home and was able to identify where the mice were frequenting. He put down a number of bait stations and answered all my questions. The problem was resolved within a few days. Pestend also offers a three month warranty so you can get your bait stations refilled if needed. Would highly recommend Pestend and Faiq!

It was one of the most devastating experiences in my life and Pestend helped me through it. Javaid the technician is very professional and thoughtful; he understands that my two cats are the most precious things in my house and yet at the same time there are a lot of items associated with them that are quiet difficult to clean, wash, wrap in preparation process but he carefully worked through all the messy stuff in the house. For which I wholeheartedly appreciated. I also appreciate his following up almost every two weeks to see if the bugs re-appear.his diligence is just beyond the best, bar none.

The only thing I would add is that the company felt I could salvage my upholstered bed frame and the mattress and also that we would need to keep sleeping in it to "lure the bugs out" to make it work; despite my better judgement though I'm not the expert here, I followed to their recommendation.
In the end we killed (using painter's tape) probably more than 100 bed bugs in the week following the 1st treatment and decided enough is enough and still threw out both the mattress and the frame. At that time the wall and even ceiling had some bugs crawling here and there. It's one thing when you don't know you had bed bugs in the room but it's totally another thing when you know they're there and you had to sleep inside and watch them running in front of your eyes.

I felt had I thrown out both items in the first place I would have much less headaches and stress in the two-week period between the two treatments. I know they had good intensions but that's not something I would recommend.

I’m very pleased with the service from pestend, the technician Javaid was professional and on time, I had crazy flying ants that drove me crazy and after one treatment they were gone.

This was our first time experiencing bed bugs and our technician Alex made one of the worse experiences of our lives manageable. He walked us through the steps we’d need to take (decluttering, washing and drying and bagging our clothes etc.) and also laid out the process step by step. He was knowledgeable, gave clear and coherent instructions and above all was compassionate. He was available to answer all questions and discreet which we both valued and appreciated. After all was said and done, we’re happy Alex was able to help us with this problem.

Call the Boot five different places to get a bed bug inspection for my apartment. Most places didn't even answer the phone and if they did they weren't able to come right away or said they need to call me back which they didn't test and not only answer my call very friendly came within 2 hours perform all the work and luckily found no bed bugs. The inspection was extremely thorough pretty much went through every nook and cranny of all my beds couches rugs and dark spaces everywhere. Javaid was my technician and he was pleasant professional thorough and I would highly recommend him to anybody. Saving the best for last the cost was much less than any other place that quoted me. Im very happy with their services. We have a serious infestation of bed bugs in one of our rooming rental. We use service from another company but the bed bugs won’t go away. It was so serious that some of my tenants move out because of it. Luckily Pestend came and got rid of it for us. It took them 4 session (it was because the tenants never really prep it as per instruction). Anyhow Pestend was so nice especially our technician Javaid who did an excellent job and was very thorough. What made me really happy was their customer services, never once they question me or give me a hard time about keep on coming back eventhough it was the tenants fault for not prepping their room properly.
