We bring our dog here for regular nail trimming. Price is fair and the service is quick. Our dog always seems happy to come and go. Appointments are flexible. I recommend Pet Pleasers fully.

I have been bringing my dog Harley (shih tzu) to Pet Pleasers for the past 7 years, and I can't express enough about how my experience has been. They have consistently provided outstanding service, and I am always thrilled with the results.

My dog, who is now 14 years old and dealing with hip & back issues, receives the utmost care and attention from the Pet Pleasers staff. They are incredibly considerate and attentive to his special needs. It's heartwarming to see them handle my senior dog with such care and expertise.

Every time I pick up my little pooch, he comes out looking fresh & clean. The grooming job they do is truly remarkable. The staff is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and pleasant. It's a welcoming and trustworthy environment that puts me at ease every time I drop off my dog.

On Friday, Oct 20,2023, I made a huge mistake by taking my puppy to Pet Pleasers in the Vaughan/Maple location. I am definitely not trusting their staff after I saw my puppy bleeding. Dispute we had a conversation about what length should they cut my puppy’s hair, they had horribly shaved him instead of cutting his hair. There were only some knots close to his ear, but the groomer shaved the whole body brutally. Now all his paws, butt, buttocks, and face are wounded. When I picked up him they didn't tell me what they did to my poor puppy and how they abused and tortured him since he couldn't defend himself. I called them and emailed the owner all the pictures of those wounds. But the owner Vanessa denied everything. Such a shameless!
Now my puppy is in pain and the wounds are getting worse. He can't walk properly, even he can't sit.
Pet Pleasers is the WORST place to take your puppy, they don't even deserve one star, but in order to review I have to reluctantly give them one. Please don't risk getting your dog hurt and traumatized, I would highly recommend staying away from this horrible place.
Now I want to go to court to speak up for my abused puppy, and I am gonna contact the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Definitely, this horror place should be shut down.

I took my dog, Scooch, for his first ever grooming appointment. They treated him amazingly and he walked out happy and wagging his tail. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies that work there! I will definitely be making Pet Pleasers a part of our regular grooming routine!

They trying to raise the price. As if $100.00 is not enough for a small breed dog. I will be taking my dog elsewhere. Pathetic

I brought my guinea pigs here to get their nails clipped and bathed if the guinea pigs weren’t too stressed out and it was a fantastic experience! Staff are absolutely amazing! In and out in no time at all! Definitely coming back!

Pet Pleasers has mastered the perfect groom for our dog! We also love the fact that he can play in daycare before and after the groom. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely amazing job was done! Ollie is a maltipoo, so there’s a specific way they need to be cut and these guys did the best job out of every groomer we’ve been at. Perfect service, so friendly and a safe and clean environment!

Amazing staff! My guy Ozzy will be 11 years old and has hip issues. Staff are so caring and attentive to him. If you have a dog, senior or not, Pet Pleasers is the place to be.

We have had our husky/malamut groomed twice at pet pleasers. First in August 2022 when he needed a major cleanup after the pandemic and we expected to pay a larger amount. In November 2022 we had him in for a Christmas cleanup which took half the time but ended up paying more than the first visit. When asked for the invoice and an explanation it was very vague. Unfortunately they provide good service but for our dog it is too expensive.
