I absolutely love this store and I don't go to it enough. The staff is always super friendly and always helpful. They have great prices and are open later than Ren's and Global are. I do miss the groomer they used to have on site as she was the only person to be able to trim my Shiba Inu's nails without him screaming. Even with that taken into account this store is still 5 Stars

Location has 2 fully operational dog washes which run warm water and has working high velocity dryers. I've been to nearly every Location to find one that can dry my very fluffy pooch and this is the only one that works for our needs.
Thank you for always insuring your wash is operational and clean!

It said closed at 6pm on Sunday on their website so I arrived at 5pm to use the dog wash service, but they refused me and said "service is closed for the evening" although someone was washing dogs there. I guess they just wanted to closed the store earlier and didn't want to wait for me.

It's a nice place I really like a pet shower area They have a pet food Their toys their clothes everything they have

I don’t like to come here that often because the staff are rude and lazy. They don’t greet you as you walk in and just stare at you. When you go to the cash to pay, they don’t even interact with you. The guy with curly hair was my cashier today hardly talked. The woman who was working was fixing up treats but didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to come here because they had the products PetSmart didn’t. I find this at all Pet Valu’s so I don’t bother unless I really have to. At least over at PetSmart they greet you even when they’re with another customer.

I just finished shopping at this location and the worker Kristen was very helpful, my family just got a new bird and she was very helpful and knowledgeable in the food, treats and the toys we needed. Her customer service was great and we will be returning for all of our birds needs.

They need to post that they close the dog wash before 8pm. We knew the store closes at 9pm my husband and I walked in the door at 7: 55pm and the young man that was working was kind of ignorant and said he already cleaned the area and we weren't allowed to use it because the dog wash closes at 8pm. It is not posted anywhere.

I have been going to this store since we brought our furry little one home over a year ago. It was unfortunate to see Lucas go but I'm sure he's missed as he is a genuine and helpful person. The ladies have been friendly and really know their stuff! It's always a pleasure to see customers treated so well and a staff providing their service with care and compassion.

I went to this location for a dog bath, exellent experience, they provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, and is a walking location, will be back

Mostly use for the self dog wash. Great service, towels, treats, shampoo and easy to use tubs. Staff is very nice and accommodating too. All for 10 bucks too!

The most selection and largest, cleanest and best organized pet value I have ever seen. From the warm welcome for me and our pup at the door to the excellent and knowledgable advice from the attendant, I was very impressed! My new go to store for anything our pup needs.

Always a great experience, store is always stocked with what we need and the puppies love getting treats here.

10/10 This is a amazing place to get things for your pets the customer service is amazing when me and my family came here we didnt know where to get fishes and then the amazing lady there helped us and answered all of our questions

I had the pleasure of meeting Amber at Pet Valu the other day. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had a million questions and she didn't bat an eye, answered everything without hesitation.
When I was leaving, I thought I'd ask for the manager to let her know how happy I was with my experience.only to find out, Amber IS the manager!
I Definitely recommend this location, and if you get the chance, go see Amber if you have any questions!

Love the variety of the items here. The performatrin brand is my favorite because it's a great balance between healthy and affordable - I get the wet food, dry food and snacks. Customer service is a bit hit and miss some days.appreciate the samples tho!

Helpful staff, made a great suggestion for a particular type of cat toy I was looking for. Excellent range of products.

Sometime when i take my dog to this location it's a very delightful experience and the staff is oh so joyous and helpful. However, the management is absolutely ridiculous. She has no manners and her customer service is borderline embarrassing. Im not sure what your criteria is in terms of hiring management but, id suggest you take another look at it.

With the newest lockdown restrictions in place, I was pleasantly suprised to find how seamless they have ran curbside pickup here!

I had placed my order online and recieved a call for pick up less than 10 mins later! When I arrived to pick up my order the staff were fantastic at adhering to their company's protocols of sanitizing, distancing, and ensuring the safety of the customers.

Thanks for doing your part in these tough times, it was nice to see!

Love the dog bath here! It's high so its easy on your back and the blow dry is great to get her dry.and only $10!

Wonderful place for your dog! We had a bath, got treats and even found some toys for our pup. I highly reccomend!

Love this store and the staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable about the product lines they carry and care about what’s best for your fur baby. The store is well managed and well stocked with just about everything you may need to spoil your furry friend. However, if by chance they don't have what you need, they will order it and have ready for pick up within with a short period of time. I've ordered cases of cat food and they've been ready for pick up within a week. I wish more stores offered this level of service and attentiveness.
