Nice people with the customers, they are ready to give you a consultation as they have experience with lot of different products.

Great small, but packed local pet store that sells high quality pet food that no other stores sell. They even allow you to preorder specific raw food from the suppliers.

I don't shop here often but every time I come in the staff are always warm and welcoming both to me and my dog.

Amazing service love coming here after visiting the vet to spoil my lil fur baby he loves his new toy it is a bit pricey but worth it the employee helped measure a muzzle on him and fits him perfectly

I've already come here several times to pick up small things for my new puppy. Staff was super friendly and helpful and it's in a very convenient location. Store is a bit small but really well stocked, there's quite literally stuff everywhere. I'll be back for regular purchases for sure!

My wife and I went there to look for a specific treat for our cats and we had a wonderful surprise. It's a great store, the service is amazing, the staff was very helpful - we couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. We (and our cats) recommend it!

A very nice couple run this pet valu. They are one of the nicest I have ever met. They really understand pets and owners. They have everything you need in stock and will order anything you want that they don't have. Even if it is a custom order. If they can find it they will get it for you. Small store but packed with pet love.

I unfortunately didn't find what I was looking for in store, but was quickly offered to have it ordered in! My short experience in here was so pleasant and the person helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite other customers coming in, (she greeted them and let them know she would be with them shortly) she stayed with me until I was satisfied. 10/10 customer service

Been in my area for many years, I know the owner she very knowledgeable and nice lady. I had to put my cat on a special diet and Petvalu has the product, Purina Pro plan focus food. My cat loves it, bonus for us.

Everyone is so helpful, the store always has what we need for our cat, they provide great advice and during quarintine they prepared our orders for pick up and we got everything we requested.
