Staff are always helpful to get what you need. If it's not in the store, they will order it in for you.

We looked at the kitties when we were there and one of them was sick. I hope it got the medical attention it needed and not just put down, the workers seemed concerned for it when i told them about it but they arent the ones who deal with it. So i hope the kitty is ok now.

The staff at This location are knowledgeable, helpful & they are cheerful & friendly which is very much appreciated!

I stopped shopping here because the store won't let me in without a mask. I am not complying with their rules because I have an exemption. Pet Smart is a much better store to shop at and they appreciate my business. So, bye bye Pet Valu. Go screw yourself.

Needs to be thoroughly cleaned and organized better. Needs friendly staff and more of a variety. Also like the fact you can watch the animals get groomed so you can assure no cruelty is occuring.

Kind of expen$ive, but everything is way too much in my opinion.and it seems the phone falls off the hook because it's busy all the time.every time I call it is.

They deleted my last negative review. Overcharged for a bag of dog food. Food was $60.00, charged $100.00. Don't like negative reviews, then don't ask for reviews
