It was suggested by the fish store on Falconbridge Road that I purchase my fish here. Excellent fish, excellent choice, very knowledgeable people working there.

Great service from friendly staff. Assistive in finding what we were looking for. And they offered to help carry the heavy objects out. It's not their fault that my cats are too picky for their own good. (Wish it was, but it's not.)

Love the service I received here. There were 3 dogs who greeted my child and me and I just loved that!

Got all the stuff a petsmart has, it's the staff that makes the experience at this store a 5 star. They are nice, knowledgeable, and of course, love pets.

Grooming salon is EXCELLENT. The store is clean and organized. The customer service in the main store isn't great. Tonight my dog had an accident on the floor they have NOTHING for cleaning or disposing like other pet stores. I was surprised and shocked at the disinterest in the situation I was in. Poor experience at a place I normally am happy with.

Got my fur babies nails trimed.
Loved how the lady (forgot to get her name) showed and explain how to cut the nails. I will continue to go back as I loved the serviced provided!

My Shih-poo River had a grooming appointment today and Lisa did an amazing job.she is cute as a button! They are an amazing bunch of ladies who work there.

Have had MUCH better cuts, for much less, felt rushed even though I was called in for a cancelation sooner.
I usually pay $20 cheaper, ans don't show up and have to ask to fix things, I still have to touch things up myself.

Shoutout to the employe named Melissa who went out of her way to help me find all the items i needed.she did not make me feel rushed and she helped me fimd exactly what i needed and suggested some amazing tips! Great staff and options. It's my go to for puppy supplies. Love the suggestions for the enthusiastic staff and that they can answer my questions.

Brought my dog in just to look around. Asked if they take walk ins for nail clipping and they were available and did my dog's nails in a jiffy!

This is my favorite pet store in town. They have a great selection of high quality products, friendly staff, and wonderful animals. I love visiting Tika, the store owners friendly pet bird and chatting with the staff about our family pets.

I brought my pug Dexter here for a nail trimming and the girl did a great job. The other staff member gave Dexter some treats and was very friendly. It was a great experience!

An employee threw out an $100 gift card telling me it was used when it wasn't. When talking to the manager with receipts as proof she refused to help said it was out of her hands. After calling another pet valu I was ensured she could have done something and just refused to help.

Awesome store, no it's not the cheapest but no pet store has low prices

Worst customer service ever. I brought my dog in to get groomed and they caused her to have a severe infection. When calling in, I got nothing but attitude. The girl refused to give me her first name, which she is legally required too, nor did she give me corporate head office phone number, which again they are legally required too.

When i went in to complain and ask about her attitude, the manager who didnt even take my complaint seriously lied the while time. Yes i was upset, you eould be too if your fur baby was injured.
