Two staff were rude and unprofessional to me and my dog.
The cats were outside wandering around and they don’t let customers know that when they enter.so my puppy got triggered. I don’t understand why cats are just outside, I mean, I know it’s their space but how come other stores have them locked up for their own safety. I care for the cats and my dog! A cat did swat at my puppy and of course my dog got upset. I’ve been to lots of PetValu stores and I have had amazing experiences but this store is just disappointing. I connected with Customer Service here about my recent experience and they didn’t even respond.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Albert the groomer is the best groomer I have ever taken my dog to see. He takes his time and you can tell that he is passionate about his work. My dog loves him!

The store is well stocked with a great selection for all tyoes of pets and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

This is and update I got a little fantail goldfish a week ago and he or she is doing awesome and the Nice friendly staff here are very helpful and thanks to the person who helped me out I was very plz with my goldfish.

Nice and convenient along the Queensway. Excellent and friendly staff with lots of food and products. Best thing about this place is that have cats to adopt there. At times they are even out walking around the store so you can meet them up close. Wonderful way of setting up a potential introduction to homing anew pet your way.

Nice little Pet Value. Despite being a smaller location, they have a decent variety of products. Limited bird toys, but plenty of bird food and treat options.

The store is small, it’s a convenient location so I come here from time to time but I find the selection of products is low. They give treats out to your dog which is nice. I find their prices to be higher than other stores.

Horrible customer service! Bought a life jacket for our dog and it failed… clips opened when slight pull on jacket to assist my dog in the water. Second try, same result. Took it back to store and explained the jacket failed and was told owner wouldn’t refund us unless we cleaned jacket for resale… even though defective. Was then told i should contact manufacturer of life jacket! Told by teen to come back when owner there, Dee…. From previous reviews looks like this wont go well…. Plenty of other dog stores in town who treat their customers with respect and stand behind the products they sell.

The dog groomer did not seem passionate for animals at all! He was making my dog cry told me I have the worst dog in the world lol he is a love bug at home that comment offended my kids & myself as he is the greatest! He continued to cut my dogs nails but didn’t do them all even though they all needed it. He was rude to me because I was ten mins late & rude the whole time cutting Bentleys nails, it was an awful experience start to finish & I definitely will NOT go back! The girls love animals working cashier but the groomer most def is working in the wrong field && the way he kept hurting my dog before during & after grooming was terrible! 0 star rating!

I love this store. I have been a faithful customer for so many years and in my opinion it is one of the best places where you can get everything for your pet.the owner of this store goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.when my girls were alive I was there at list once a week and if I couldn't find something he made sure it was on shelf the following week. I can not even describe how happy I was with the service at that location.everyone who works there is very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. 5 stars is not enough for this place.it should be infinite of stars.thank you for being there for us and I will make sure to visit your location periodically eventhough my little girls are not with us anymore

Avoid at all cost, they reviews weren’t kidding when they mentioned snobby teenagers. Never felt so unwelcome before when trying to buy pet food.
