Lovely ladies/staff. Always asking if you need help and greet you when you come in. Variety of so many option’s especially after moving to a bigger location. Toys and certain items are just priced high compared to other places but the experience here is a 5star.

Took our double coated dog in for grooming, her nails were not touched and she needed a brush out again a week later, which has never happened in 16 years. Won't be back.

I felt very disrespected when the cashier asked me to return an item to the aisle while I was paying at the front desk. Her job is organizing the store and I am just a customer.
She discriminated me because my accent and because I am an immigrant. I told her that her customer service was awful and she laughed at me. She is the worst employee working on a pet store that I ever met. I will not buy there anymore.

10/10 would recommend. Great staff, super friendly, lots of options for all kinds of animals. Staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Clean and organised and welcome to pets too!
