Pet Valu

8 hour update for “Tango”. This brave girl quickly left the crate and was adamant about not being confined to the bathroom. She has jumped, climbed, and explored, snacked from the boys food dish, used the litter box almost immediately, and played with numerous toys. Very grateful to get a female presence back in our home, thank you Pet Valu and Heavenly Hills.

Love the store they have great stuff and get to see all the animals that come in and visit

Always call before getting a dog wash here. 2/5 times we’ve been the dog wash has been closed

They no longer stock the style of dog collar I use and didn't seem to care that they were losing me as a customer.

I won’t be going anywhere else after my most recent visit to this store! The manager Rene was incredibly helpful and friendly, really knowledgeable! Love that the staff there have a passion for pets, and know their stuff! Clean store, reasonable prices and great services available such as the dog wash station (which looked awesome!). And thanks to their extensive pet clothing selection, I’m going to have the most fashionable dog in the neighbourhood!

The best part is they have a dog washing station you can bring your pooch.

Everyone here has always been SUPER NICE and helpful! They love it when I bring my ferrets in:) even though some of the stuff costs a bit more, we prefer to shop there. Lots of options! If they don't have it they will order it and call you when items arrive.

Friendly staff, was there for a bath for my dog, well worth the 10 bucks, everything provided, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, etc.

We used their dog wash for the very first time and what an absolute bargain.
Not only that the staff were super helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
