Update Sept 2023, needed more ear wash that has worked wonders for my golden as she loves to glide and slide in the parks. My store was out but called the next nearest store and they had one bottle left. Waiting for me at the counter. Thank you Pet Valu! Love Braylee, Golden retriever.

Always have what we’re looking for. Highly recommend the dog wash station as well. Makes life so much easier; they have everything you need and a great price point. They clean after each pup (when available) to keep things maintained. There was also other customers in the store, and the employee still refilled the treats; we weren’t expecting this. Will definitely be back.

This is not my usual store, but I had to run in for a dog wash. Comparing the with the highland road location it’s day and night.
The dog was was filthy, loaded with dog hair, the bottles were empty, and there were no treats.
The store was empty of customers so I don’t understand why the wash area looked like this. At Highland they always make sure to clean up before even letting us in.

Great customer service! Out of stock at one location and we're able to track availability at another location and hold for pick up, great service!

The employees will scam and steal your points when you purchase pet food. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!
I've been purchasing food at this location since Aug.they will ask my number to add my points but come to find out that for the past 4 months they stole them.they took 4 points for 4 paid large bags of dog food and either added it to their own account or someone they know. I buy 1 LG bag of dog food a month. In July my receipt say 9 then I moved and used this location and now it's December and I only have 10? That's 4 months since I've shopped their.the cashier stole my points.

It's a pet store, nothing exceptional. The guy that helped us seems knowledgeable enough compared to some other experiences Ive had at larger pet stores,
