Expensive and they really dint know much about small snimal care lie hamsters they advise small cages that r inhumane and sell them and still sell small wheels that no animal should use even a dwarf hamster should use a wheel that 8 inches no smaller they need to do better

I always have a very pleasant experience when I visit here.it is very clean and their strength is the very nice and attentive staff that they have.

My little guy got skunked he’s 133 pounds lol I had a pre-booked appointment with a groomer today. However, she couldn’t groom him because he wouldn’t go down a few stairs. I ended up taking him to red Hill pet value to try and bathe him myself, which I have never done.
I just wanted to say that the staff in there are absolutely amazing, extremely helpful are very knowledgeable.
I would especially like to thank Tammy, She was a great help. I don’t think I would’ve ever been able to bathe him without her help and her extensive knowledge on the next steps to take over the next few days.if anyone is looking for a place to take your dog for a self bath, I’d highly recommend red Hill pet value

There are a lot of pet options in Hamilton and I’ve shopped at most of them. There is an online warehouse type with zero customer care, there is a huge multi national brand… and then there is PetValu RedHill. I choose to spend my money at PetValu Redhill. They are very customer focussed, they have great products, and someone will always help me when I need it. Also, they support the community with adoptable kittens, and highlight rescues. Their prices are completely competitive and they offer some holistic brands. If you love your animals, these people seem to get it… A lovely local business.totally recommend.

Small hobby breeder here, this is our go-to place for quality food, service & general supplies. Everytime we go, we are always greeted with some of the nicest staff you could find for the pet supply industry. Very knowledgeable, engaging & always there to answer your questions. As a breeder, having supplies stocked on the shelf is crucial, & essential to the well being of growing puppies. They made sure everytime we needed to stock up on milk replacer - they had an order in advance to keep the product coming in for us.
With so many pet supply chains in the area we have dabbled around and have NEVER Recieved the same customer service that we got at Pet Value. This is why we chose to stick with them, there were times we've had visits and the owner Brent is there, you really see why the store is ran in such great order. He is super down to earth, straight to the point & a caring individual. Always engaging with customers showing off his very well behaved dog, and his traits have surely played a part in his hiring process. All around great atmosphere, clean environment, reasonable prices, & always reliable! I don't do reviews often, but I felt this one was warranted.

Love the selection at this location, it's an easy stop right after work on my route home when the need pup's up!

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have kittens and cats for adoption.
So awesome they have a self serve dog wash station! Only $10 includes soap and towel. Can't wait for my fur baby to.get clean.

Brought our young Great Pyrenees to the dog wash today. It's a great, efficient setup! We were lucky enough to chat with the store owner who was exceptionally friendly as was the staff we interacted with today. This Pet Valu is a locally owned store and a much better choice than their big box competitors. Thanks for an excellent experience today!

Owner is very rude and treats his staff and customers horribly, past staff have reported him being abusive and angry and he likes to scream at and belittle customers- Don’t support this man. Go to any other pet store.
