The employee was very very helpful and kind. They tried to help you and also gave you suggestions on selecting the pet food. Also tried their best to help you make sure the discount was applied correctly. Also explained to you very nicely how the calculation was done for the promotion in their system and made sure you agreed with the price. Overall it’s a shopping nice experience as a new customer. One suggestion would be there is no brand sign at the front door, so it took me sometime to find the door to get in

This is the worst pets valu I've ever been to.they never have anything is stock and don't have nay knowledge in their products. I've purchased frozen raw multiple time and it was been spoiled.save the trip and go to a different pet store.

This store is terrific. The couple who own and operate it are very knowledgeable and very service oriented. They are excellent ambassadors for the Pet Valu Brand. They are genuinely interested in customer service. Go in and meet Lulu!

I bought a dry food and a dog toy. I found everything that I needed. There are a few singing birds that make this place attractive one.
