We have been customers of this location for years. I generally place an order over the phone and then my husband picks up on his way home from work. Because of the time of day that I order, 90% of the time I am reaching the store manager, who picks and reserves my order for the pickup. She has to be the friendliest, most patient and efficient retail manager that I have ever dealt with. She never sounds rushed, is always consistent and in the brief moments that she has to deal with other customers that come in, she is always so gracious and friendly with them too. She has so much product knowledge as well. Its always a pleasure to order from this store and my review is long overdue! Thanks for always providing an excellent customer experience!

Always extremely well stocked and priced fairly. Theres a wide variety of dog and cat toys to choose from & the management and staff are always extremely friendly & accommodating. Management mediates customer complaints very well.

Although this isn’t my go to when it comes to buying my dog food as they only carry one brand of raw diet it’s definitely convenient especially in emergency when I ran out of food and this place is just down the road. The staff is very knowledgeable and also very friendly

Hudson Bay is an upgrade in quality when it comes to retail merchandise. The value of their clothes towels and special boutiques items are probably the best choice at the Oshawa Center store's. The Service at their tiller is always great. A bit difficult to find anyone available on the floor due to the large area of the store. However that has always been a problem in any large store. Quality merchandise for an awesome price is what separate them for the rest. Especially at Christmas.

I got here at 6: 01pm on Saturday to find the place closed! The lady inside rushed to the door and let me in, saying she would be happy to help. She could have easily said they were closed and I would have understood, but she chose to help me out. Thank you so much!
