Absolutely not. Would never ever bring my dog here again for grooming. The groomer barely touched my dog. She came back to us dirty, with nails barely cut and same old hair. The worst part is he took an hour and half to do it.not sure what he did exactly, maybe have a chat with her? Anyway, it was the worst job I had ever seen on my dog. I called immediately when my husband came home since he picked her up. I told the cashier that we were dissatisfied with the hair cut and she circled around the conversation by simply repeating everything I said in question form then mumbled something about the groomer calling me back. Never happened. Probably couldn’t face up to the fact that he did a terrible job. Save yourself the trouble and money. Literally go anywhere else or cut your dogs hair yourself. It would probably look better.

Friendly staff and great selection for all types of pets. AND if they are ever out of stock they usually have a great alternative brand that fits the bill in a pinch!

The blonde scraggly male teenager at the cash was extremely rude and only spoke to the other associate in the store about personal conversations. I had to be the one to engage in basic customer service conversation and also wish the kid a good night after he mumbled under his breath to ask me if I wanted a receipt. Not once thanked for shopping at their "locally owned" store and paying more than the competitors. I was a regular customer, and will not be returning. Management/owners should reconsider their hiring process if these are the employees you'd like to represent your independently owned store, which is also representing a corporation.

Have req't OXBOW 40oz Blended Hay for several months at Glendale store. I found same at 4th Ave Pet Valu. Will go to 4th from now on. Nice big store on 4th
