Pet Valu

Very packed but excellent service at this pet valu. I shop at a different local pet food store normally, but had to cheat on them and get some wet food here. Lovely customer service and tons of stock. Feels homey in there and not like a grocery store kind of pet food store.

I used to work here awhile ago and even though it was a starting point for me while I moved into mississauga it was an amazing experience to work with john and sunny. I hope you two are well and I'm wishing you both the best

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with almost everything you could need for your pets. Very clean and if you need a hand carrying out heavy products they are more than willing to help you.

The guy was great there very helpful gave me some good food to use for my dogs upset stomach. Def go back here for the people - pet value you can find anywhere solid people are harder to find!

I grabbed the balloons for Marley's feet to protect her from the salt and the cold along with the balloon expander for her feet which simplified the application

This is the best Pet Valu I've been to ever. They literally have everything that you could possibly need. I went in looking for natural chews for my teething pup and Sunny was able to help me. I live closer to 2 pet valu and 1 global pets and I'd rather drive extra distance to come here. Sunny was able to help me find what I needed and was happy to help in any way. Keep up the good work.

Johnny gave us great advice on what we need for our new little pet Maltese. He was also very patient and answered all of our many questions!

HORRIBLE LOCATION! The management at this location is absolutely horrid, with the exception of the one manager, the actual store owner is disgusting. He is rude, not helpful, and so disrespectful. His employees are not accountable.

BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER RETURN. Staff lies and act unprofessional. I came in and had an employee rant to me about how awful the other employee working at this location is and how the owner of the store is lazy and does nothing about any store complaints. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went to get the large cow bone with marrow to find out the raised the price of them to 12.99 during this covid situation very disappointing when bulk barn is selling the same size bone for 7.50.shame on them for this plus i will never return after seeing this move.

What sets this Pet Valu apart from the other franchises is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I always appreciate the big smiles and “how are you? ” whenever I drop in.

I was falsely accused of stealing wet food from the store. As a man who works in the community, I felt extremely debased and embarrassed. I asked to see camera footage of my “thefts”, and they said head office has the videos. Guess what? , I called head office and they do not have any videos. The manager of this store failed to apprehend me. I would have wholeheartedly complied, and pull out everything in my jacket and pants. John, the manager needs lasik eye surgery to figure out what is going on. He also needs to be removed from his position. Any manager worth a grain of salt would have confronted me. My friends shop at this location, and my mother has spent countless amounts of money here. Thank you port credit pet valu for embarrassing me, and I hope no one else has to deal with being falsely accused.

My neighborhood pet store in Port Credit. 100% of the time they are always good to deal with. The owner is there for many of the hours the shop is open and he is great. Sometimes they wouldn't have a size of dog food bag that I needed and always happy to order and follow up with you. Great place. DO support local stores and franchisees like this in Port Credit. Keeps our neighborhood vibrant!

Bad.owner didn't Inform me that I had to be present and hold my cat the entire time.
There are cheaper more professional options in the area that will actually come to your house. AVOID

Best location I have been to so far. Manager is so helpful and always smiling. I wish I still lived close to here. Really miss going in!
