Great pet store in the neighborhood. They have walk-in dog wash which I absolutely love it. The cashier is always helpful and friendly.

Wasn’t please with calling ahead and receiving incorrect information. We were turned away from using the pet washing facilities.

This store keeps on charging wrong items resulting in a higher price. This has happened 3 times to me. Each time has been more than 4 to 6 dollars. The first two times I went back and got the refund, this third time I have decided not to patronize this location anymore. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS before leaving this location. All other Pet Values I do not have this issue.

Took our pup to use the self wash. The service we received and the washing stations were A+, we'll definitely be back!

The employee was rude and gave me a disgusted face when I asked one simple question. And All the answer that employee gave me was "ya". That person must hate that job or animals. This location used to be good, now it changed.

Customer service at this location now stinks and I will not be going there anymore. The previous owner Walley was all class and sincerely cared about his customers and their pets.

Walked 25 mins to pick up food for my dog and when I arrived I was asked if I had already placed an order. Mind you, I’ve been shopping at this location consistently over the pandemic/closures and have always been able to order at the door.

“Well we’re mostly just doing orders that are placed ahead” one of the employees says to me with a condescending attitude. I was here 3 weeks ago and it wasn’t a problem.

Then she says they’re having technical issues and that I’ll have to come back later. I’m not coming back later.or ever. No alternatives given, no option to pay cash. Just a shrug and not my problem attitude.

Oh well, they’re going to be replaced by Petsmart and Amazon pretty soon anyways.

The worst experience ever. Absolutely rude people. I have been shopping with them since the store opened but not any more. I will keep shopping as Pet Valu offers a great selection of good quality products for animals, but in a different location.

I went with a friend, the betta fish were so sad, and in such a small space. I asked if the tank I bought came with a heater and they lied. But I was about to buy a decoration that would have killed it but they warned me not to buy it.

They do not take a return or credit you on open bags of food, even when just a tiny bit is used. Unlike most other pet stores will refund you if at least 3/4 of the bag is full. This is especially important when your pet doesn’t agree with a new food. Just waste your money at pet valu when it comes to this.

Good stock and variety of food and treats. Always friendly and knowledge staff. Manager is great.

Unhappy with the service I received here. Extremely disappointed with the poor conditions the fish were living in

Really need to hire more people that want to be working there. It was apparent that the people didn't care about the living conditions of the fish nor customers that came in. The conditions were heartbreaking. I really hope the owner takes this review to heart and makes drastic changes to the standards they hold their employees to

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of good quality items. Great pet wash. Lots of parking as well. Highly recommend

The girl working today Sep 30 2020 at 2: 05pm who answered the phone is pretty ignorant and lazy and rude i heard your whisper complaining you had to check a price.i know it sucks when you gotta do your job and help a customer well i will not be one now due to that attitude.shame on you

The worst pet valu i have ever been at!
Worst service ever, young girl inside very rude and tried to con us into buying close to expiring food, and she seemed like she was under the influence of something, Sunday July 5th, 5: 30 PM.

Bad service and no help. I went in with a friend to purchase a betta fish for the first time and seeing the way these fish were kept was heartbreaking. There was maybe less than 10 fish on their display shelf and all of them looked terribly neglected. The water in their containers were filthy and these poor fish were swimming around in an abnormally large amounts of their own fecal matter. Most of the fish were barely moving around when you came up to look or touch their container which was even mote sad given the condition they were living in. When we asked the girl for assistance on what supplies we should purchase, she was dismissive and didn’t leave what she was doing to come help us, nor did she give us knowledgeable information on what we asked.

Has everything you need, staff are fantastic - a little expensive, certain things are worth looking else where (btw this applies to all pet supply chains)

Like Pet Valu in general but was treated poorly and with indifference by the young lady working there. The owner is very nice though!

This place I really rely on. Great prices, good variety, and reliable staff that understand being pet owners.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me through my purchase when I came in with my family and new dog. The store is very big with lots to buy from. The price however is more pricey than the other petstores in the area but the service is better here

Great service. This PetValu had been my pet suppy store of choice for more than 10 yrs (subbed before the renos). I've usually found what I've needed for my cat, dog, & budgie (although more bird toys would be nice). The owner & staff are friendly & always help me find what I'm looking for.

Great staff & service. I trust them to help out with my animals (2 dogs, 1 cat) and would not shop anywhere else.
