Dr Chiang is my regular dentist and he is fantastic! I needed a tooth extraction when he was on holiday, so I had Dr Andy and was a bit apprehensive, as in the past I had a painful experience at another clinic. My wisdom tooth proved to be a challenge as it didn't want to let go. Both he and his assistant were wonderful, I felt no pain, only a lot of pressure. They are both kind and made me feel very comfortable. A great dental clinic

Completely shocked at how well it went. 4 fillings and Andy Gu was very gentle and precise to the point of no pain. Felt like they cared. Highly recommend for Teeth work as they care they put into the most important parts of your mouth, your teeth. Obviously lol will be returning

I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST.but i found this gem and love going now. Calming and professional dr jack Is brilliant and today met Dr Andy what a lovely man. Receptionist are so lovely.

Jack has been my dentist for several years, and Debbie does my cleaning. They are always professional, courteous and supportive no matter the issue. I recently had Invisalign braces and they took such great care of me and answered all my questions. The service staff at the front counter are top notch. Everyone is so friendly and I would never consider going anywhere else.

Great first visit. Everything ran on time, and Dr Chiang and his team clearly explained everything to me with no upselling or pressure

I have been a patient here for 25 years and while going to the dentist isn’t my favourite thing Dr Jack is my favourite dentist - along with his amazing staff. They really care about their patients and do their best to provide a positive experience. They have also special training in dealing with special needs children as well.

The staff at Peterborough Dental Clinic are warm and friendly. They are accomodating and follow great safety protocols. I am so fearful of dentists but they put me at ease.

A bit of a wait as the dental surgeon who was brought in was backlogged.
The extraction that I had worried about for months was done in no time with plenty of freezing & I haven't had any of the bruising, swelling or pain that were possibilities (haven't even needed the prescription pain medication)

1st visit since Covid-19 started. Nice to see friendly staff and doctor Again. Clean, sanitized and well spaced areas. Well organized with checkin by text message. Teeth cleaned and check-up done. Booked next cleaning appointment. Thanks

Dr. Jack Chang has been my dentist for over 20 years. I am not the easiest person to deal with due to anxiety issues that have developed due to some horrible experiences that I have had with previous Dentists. Dr. Chang and his staff have always been kind, gentle, caring and compassionate. There have been many times I arrived at his office with tears in my eyes but I always left his office with a smile instead of tears. Today was one of those days. Thank you Bethany and Karen for loving on me today. You all are the Best!

I love my dentist office. Deb is the hygienist that has looked after my teeth for years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have some specials sensitivity on my lower lip and she's very very careful with everything that she does. And Jack is just an all-around great dentist. You can't go wrong with this Clinic. From the girls at the front desk Karen is a gem she's a keeper for sure

My first visit was in 2012, referred by my mom to the Peterborough dental clinic. I had neglected my teeth for years and was very nervous and felt shameful really of the condition of my teeth. All the staff (especially Jack) made me feel very comfortable, and they devised a plan to get my teeth back in good condition. They succeeded my every expectations really. I’m confident in my smile and have strong teeth today because of them. I’m always impressed that it’s a one-stop shop as well. From cleaning to filling, extractions (even a specialist if needed), whitening systems (which were affordable and work well) to plates and dentures. It really is the best dental clinic I have ever been to…I’ve had four over the course of my life. I do feel extremely safe as well during the pandemic. I usually don’t write too many reviews, however I do feel this team goes above and beyond. Thought I’d share!

Believe it or not.always enjoy going to the clinic, so professional, very caring staff and probably the most affordable Dental Clinic.they always manage to squeeze me in suiting my schedule.

I was thinking of switching dental offices and called Peterborough dental clinic and Janice on the other end of the phone was SO helpful. SHE took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel beyond welcomed and comfortable as I'm not a big fan of dentist to begin with. After speaking with her, I am definitely switching to this dental office! 5 stars first Impression.

I was very disappointed to find out that after all these years Pet. Dental Clinic has been purchased by a large Toronto corporation. No longer a local dental clinic. Seams this is happening more and more.
