Peterborough Lions Community Centre

Went to a celebration of life and they were very helpful and went the distance to make it a very special day

Perfect place to hold a wedding! Large room rental costing a very good rate of $500, ($50 extra to staff bartender) from 8am-2am. Rental included the large room and the backyard area with deck and patio seating, with all tables and chairs being provided inside and outside. Plus your own bar fridge to place non alcoholic drinks, and other refrigeratable items. Patio seating was able to be used for guest seating for our outside ceremony. Many thanks the Graham and Reid for helping us out with our big day!

Great rental space for our community event. Comfortably fit 50-60 people with seating area and tables for organizations to share information. The team at Lions club were friendly and helpful for setting up and providing tech assistance (projectors, microphones, etc). Highly recommend for any events!

Great place for a gathering. Multiple rooms for different group sizes. Plenty of parking space too!

Great venue for markets featuring local artists! Really appreciated their adherence to COVID19 guidelines and standards. It is accessible and thre members are so very friendly!

Nice clean place. I've had training courses here and a work Christmas dinner. Worked great for both events. Also took my son to their reading in the park events in the summer and he loved it! Great place, great club!

I was there just to drop off a donation but the building seems very well kept and the staff volunteers were super friendly and helpful.

Ptbo Lions club showed excellent social distance rules. Supplying hand sanitizer and masks, for a celebration of life for a dear family friend. Very nice ppl a very clean well organized

It's a Beautiful Banquet Hall for different functions.we had our Sister n Moms Celebration of Life here.

The staff is incredibly easy to work with by email and phone and in person. They're super friendly too!

The rooms are well sized and the tables are set up for you when you get there!

Was looking into help for someone else who needed a huge amount of money for dental work. They only give u $250 which never wouldn't have even come close to covering their first visit. I guess if you needed eye glasses they could help with that.

The local community centre with multiple meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. Great for small group functions with ample free parking onsite

Do NOT use this place as a venue for an event. Had a Stag and Doe here and the guy running the bar was rude, cut people off after 1 or 2 drinks, and would not let us display any type of alcohol prize that was in packages or even put the texas Mickey on the floor for toonie toss. Even had a fit about showing it off as a prize. Strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Small hall in the East end of the city of Peterborough. Went for a family event and the larger room where we were may hold 100 people comfortably. The largest complaint would be the lack of parking for events. It would be difficult to find parking for all people attending if there was 100 people in the main room. As always these community clubs do a great jobs for the areas they serve.
